A well guide who demonstrated with all the efforts and each part of the story we felt like we were really feeling it - The view was very amazing and she helped to get a good couple photo of us. Thank you Nazperi. A tour guide with a energy and expression on her face was a lot to make us completely focus on the story behind the place.

Excursion to Shamakhi and Gabala - We went on a field trip to Gabala with Tes Tour. The tour is not bad, but very exhausting. For 2.5 hours out of 4 (each way) you need to drive on a broken road on which repairs are made. If you are planning to go on this excursion, I recommend reconsidering your plan and going on your own by train instead of car, or going for 2 days overnight in Gabala.

Absolute shambles - waste of time and money - This was the worst trip I have ever been on. The guide did not speak to the group and provided absolutely no information. He spent the whole time on his phone - exvept when he was smoking and drinking coffee. We stopped at places and there was no information - no history, no culture no anything. Lunch was a joke - we didnt get thete until after 4.30. The restaurant was not expecting us and the set lunch we had paid for did not arrive. We were handed 18 manat each abd told to order but to eat quickly. Whilst we were eating the guide said we were too late for the cablecar and we could go to a waterfall instead. The group were not happy and the driver took us to the cable car . After a Russian speaking passenger pleaded with the operator we were allowed on the one short line. We had 20 mins only on the mountain. He then took us to a shop which clearly the driver was unaware of as he had to use google maps. It was another opportunity for our guide to smoke and drink coffee whilst the group just hung around. The trip started at 8.35am and we were dropped off at 11.20pm - exhausted, angry and regretful that we had wasted a day of our holiday on this shambolic trip. AVOID AVOID AVOID
