- The ride to the location is bumpy and as such this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or persons with back and/or neck injuries
- The sequence of the activities is determined by the flow of daily operations, and as such is not based on the guests’ preference
- Helmets are mandatory for all tours and as such hairstyles should be worn to accommodate the use of this safety equipment.

ATV was amazing - Amazing time with our tour guides Mario and Raul. Did a phenomenal job showing us around and still making sure we had a fun time. If you are ever out here make sure to ask for them for a good time.

Amazing!!! - It was amazing, the ride to the excursion was incredible. Zip lining was beautiful over the ocean. Riding Buggy’s was really cool. The people was hilarious. Overall an amazing experience

Atv riding - Atv staff was wonderful during our time doing the Atv. Highlighting the diverse landscapes, from lush jungles to coastal trails, and the opportunity to visit local villages and hidden gems like cenotes and plantations.

Great experience! - We had an amazing time. Julie and Gabriel were our guide for the boogie rides. Extremely friendly, stayed with us and rode with us to make we all were good! The guys that did the zip line were also great too many to name. They helped those that never zipped before feel comfortable and were extremely friendly. And our overall guide Yuli or Yoli was awesome! Highly recommend them!!

Perfect! Beautiful, fun, well-run - We did this as an excursion from our Norwegian Escape cruise. This excursion was so well run from beginning to end. Enthusiastic, helpful, friendly guides, and lots of them. ATV ride was fun, safe, beautiful, and a great way to see a different part of an island (the countryside part). The stop at the home was interesting, respectful, with delicious authentic coffee. The beach was gorgeous with great amenities and a delicious buffet (food cost extra). We had an excellent time!

Great day - Julie and the young gentleman whose name starts with a F were absolutely great! Our guide from the port Will and Alfredo were funny and truly made you feel welcome. The ladies taking the pictures at the top of the mountain were so sweet!

Dishonest Excursion Operator on ATV Tour - This excursion was misleading, poorly executed, and should not be offered associated with Carnival’s name. The ATV ride itself lasted less than 30 minutes, yet guests were required to endure over an hour of travel each way. We arrived at 11:30, but the ride did not begin until 12:05 and ended by 12:32.
What was not disclosed ahead of time is that guests would be forced to sit for nearly two hours with no activity, during which they are pressured to spend money at the facility. Even basic amenities, such as beach chairs, require an additional $5 fee per chair. This was never communicated in advance and created the clear impression that the excursion was designed to generate revenue through upselling rather than provide the experience that was advertised.
The tour guide, Angie, was unhelpful, unprofessional, and, most importantly, dishonest. She deliberately omitted critical details regarding timing, delays, and additional charges. Her lack of transparency and failure to provide accurate information reflects poorly not only on the operator but on Carnival for allowing this partnership to continue.
This excursion was an absolute disappointment and a misuse of our time and money. I strongly recommend that Carnival reconsider its relationship with this operator, as the experience falls far below the quality and trust passengers should expect when booking directly through Carnival.
