First day in Italy - It was incredible!! Francesca is so patient and kind. We learned how to make 4 types of pasta and three sauces. The kitchen was spotless and inviting! We had the best experience of a lifetime. Highly recommend!

A peek into the art of Sicilian cooking - We booked the cooking class with Francesca but unfortunately, got some kind of respiratory infection right before our scheduled class. We didn't have Francesca's contact information so we went over, masked up, and explained that we probably shouldn't do the class today. She warmly invited us in, suggested we keep our masks on and that we could proceed with the cooking part. Francesca is passionate about cooking and introducing people to the art of Sicilian cooking. She is very warm and welcoming and willing to freely share her knowledge and experience. We learned how to make three kinds of pasta sauces as well as three kinds of homemade pasta. During the session, the conversation flowed and we got to know more about each others' culture. It was a very rich experience and well worth the price. Francesca then sent us home with a week's worth of food! The ravioli was probably the best I've ever had. We will definitely book this class again next time we come to Palermo.

Do not pass on this amazing experience! - My husband and I received this experience as a gift for our wedding and we are beyond happy that we did. Francesca was incredible. She taught us some of her favorite recipes and all enjoyed the meal together. We talked, ate and learned from one another. I will say without a doubt, we will ALWAYS remember and cherish this time spent with Francesca cooking with her in her kitchen. It was so special and absolutely loved every second of it. If you have the opportunity to meet Francesca and take her cooking class you will not be disappointed 🩷

Thank you Francesca - Francesca is so friendly, and welcoming to her home. We learnt to make 3 types of pasta and had a lot of fun whilst doing so. She showed us how to make red pesto, tomato sauce and Sicilian style courgette.

Awesome experience with my family! - Francesca welcomed us to her kingdom: her kitchen with all her utensils, good tips and a lot of nice stories. What made our experience even more special was that we could learn in our own curve and time also considering our little one needs. You feel like home and enjoy a good chat with the best pasta. If your are looking for creating good memories with your family, with friends or even alone, this is the right place! Thanks Francesca for making our day unforgettable!!! Great experience - My hosband and I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this cooking class. We loved the food, the nice surroundings and had good talks/laughs and a great host. Francesca really knows what she is doing. Just go and have a really good day.
