Really great experience!... - Really great experience! Francesca made me feel right at home, felt like cooking with friends. Great tips and recipes and even though I am not a good cook the food came out delicious! Would definitely recommend. Francesca’s house is outside of Palermo so book transport beforehand

Book it!! - This was such a fantastic experience everyone should try this when they go to Palermo! Francesca has such a great kitchen and an even better energy. The class itself was a massive learning experience for me, and the food was incredible. Francesca makes it easy for all levels of ability, so don’t feel scared if you can’t cook at all! I went solo to this, which was completely fine. Francesca makes sure everyone is included. She has lots of experience and great wisdom and knowledge of cooking and Sicily in general. The train there is easy from Palermo, a little walk from the station but that’s fine. I shared a cab back that Francesca booked. Overall this is one of the best things I’ve done! Francesca is a fascinating person and I’ll remember this for a long time.

Yum!! - Francesca is so warm and welcoming. My 9 year old daughter and I really enjoy cooking and eating. Definitely glad we took this class!

Superb cooking class - highly recommend! - We had a wonderful time with Francesca in her clean kitchen learning how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu. We were choosing between a few different cooking classes and so happy we went for this one! One of our best travel memories ever and I know we’ll be making pasta and tiramisu for the rest of our lives using the skills we learnt with Francesca. We drove from Palermo in our rental car after visiting Cefalù for the day as it was on the way back. We parked outside Francesca’s place off the main road. We were warmly greeted into the dedicated kitchen for cooking classes with some nibbles (cheese, meat, olives) and water - much appreciated. Everything was set out on the worktop ready to go with clean aprons for the both of us. Over the course of the evening, with some nice music playing in the background, we learned not just how to make pasta but hints and tips for how to do it at home also. It was very hands on which we appreciated. We made ricotta ravioli with lemon butter garlic sauce, pasta alla norma and tiramisu. There was plenty (too much actually) food at the end to eat for dinner and Francesca also offered us a small chilled bottle of Sicilian wine to go with the meal which was great. Highly recommend booking this!

Amazing cooking class!! - Francesca was so prepared with a great class! A highlight of our trip! Homemade pasta, tiramisu, and delicious sauces. Would highly recommend this class! So welcoming and a fabulous teacher!

Hands-on Sicilian culinary experience - We had the most wonderful experience with Francesca in her private vegetarian cooking class! She welcomed us into her beautiful home kitchen in a charming & authentic escape from Palermo's hustle & bustle. Francesca was incredibly hospitable, accommodating & knowledgeable,guiding us through every step of making fresh pasta, ravioli & the most delicious tiramisu. Her passion for cooking, teaching and getting to know people made the experience truly special. We left with full bellies, full hearts and new skills & memories!

Amazing food, wine and host - What an amazing experience! Francesca is such a lovely lady and had amazing meals planned to cook. All the food was wonderful and we had such a fun time talking to her about Sicily and cooking. 10/10 would recommend this if you’re in Palermo.

Could not have asked for a better experience! - Our host/chef was excellent . Francesca was so welcoming and kind. It felt like friends meeting for dinner. We laughed and learned . An evening well spent!
