The Best Cooking Class! Definitely Recommend - This cooking class was the best thing we did on our whole trip to Europe, let alone in Sicily! Francesca is an amazing host, chef, and teacher! She went above and beyond to make this experience special. She is extremely kind and accommodating to any dietary restrictions you may have. We made delicious ravioli and pasta along with a fantastic tiramisu for dessert! We will definitely be attempting to make the meal again on our own and will 100% come back to Sicily for another cooking class with Francesca!

Francesca is a great... - Francesca is a great teacher - engaging, with a great sense of humor. Highly recommend taking this class! Parking is nearby on side streets, or you can pull up to the entrance and park within the gated area.

Incredibly good! - The cooking class was incredibly beautiful. A great instructor, Francesca, who is very nice and positive. We all immediately felt comfortable and had a lot of fun. The food was of course also incredibly delicious

Authentic experience in Sicily - The experience was completely authentic, thanks to Francesca. We learned how to make fettuccine, ravioli, and tiramisu! Delicious!!

Fantastic Experience Making Pasta with Francesca - Francesca welcomed us into her home and provided us with an authentic, memorable, and AMAZING experience. She taught us her homemade recipes ensuring we did everything ourselves to really soak in and remember the recipe so that we could share it with our family and friends. This was by far the best experience we had on our trip around Europe and we would all take this class 1000 times over with Francesca. It wasn’t just a cooking class but a warm and welcoming environment where we all shared our family dynamics and traditions and life experiences. We instantly felt safe and connected with Francesca and learned a lot about Sicilian traditions, food, and music. Francesca also went the extra mile and provided us with some amazing wine to enjoy with our dinner as we enjoyed shared laughter and our exquisitely made pasta and tiramisu. I highly encourage anyone thinking about taking this class to book it ASAP to experience the same warm and welcoming environment we did!
