Your driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Uluwatu to begin your cultural journey. Uluwatu is a temple of the Hindu culture in Bali with an amazing and spectacular sunset on the cliffs of the peninsula beach in Bali. You will get to experience a one hour dance performance, called the Kecak fire dance. The dance is a unique performance without any instruments and just voices of the dancer and this performance tickets are included in this tour, if the option selected . Jimbaran fresh seafood dinner will await you on the beach. Dinner is your own expenses. After dinner, you will be transported back to your hotel around 9pm.

Great sunset activity! - The trip to the temple was great! Gede was a great driver and tour provider. He was particularly helpful making sure we were okay with all the monkeys!

Very memorable day with a fantastic Driver/Guide, Leo - Our Driver/Guide, Leo, was fantastic!! He got us everywhere safely and efficiently and taught us so much about the Balinese and Hindu
culture. He picked us up at our hotel in Ubud and made the hour+ drive super easy and informative. When we arrived at the Uluwatu Temple he led us to see giant statues and to see the monkeys. He even guided us on where the best spot to sit was for the Kecak Fire show at the Temple, so we got some amazing photos! I was so glad Leo was guiding us! The temple location is an incredible cliffside ocean visa! Leo then drove us to a beautiful beachside restaurant for an incredible seafood dinner then back to our hotel in Ubud!! We would not have been able to navigate all of the activities on our own. Leo is also great for other day activities and airport runs. His WhatsApp number is +62 878-6047-4540. It was a truly great and memorable day and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Bali!!

Fire Dance and Uluwatu Temple visit - Great Experience - The whole family had a great time. Our 2 drivers were attentive and helpful. Ketut who was our driver in particular was very informative and provided some wonderful insights into Bali culture, customs and beliefs which made the whole experience even better. The temple tour was great, but beware the monkeys that are known to steal your belongings. Our guides helped keep them at a distance during our visit. And the fire dance was really good. Get there a bit early to get a good seat and don't leave too early if you feel it is a bit repetitive - the show gets better as it goes on and we recommend following the storyline on the sheet that is given to you as it makes more sense with this. Recommend this highly.

My mum's first time in Bali! - Today my mum and I had a private tour to Uluwatu temple, we stay to experience the kecak dance and we end our day with a great dinner at Jimbaran Beach.
Our driver/guide Ketut did a great and professional job assisting us through the day. He was very knowledgeable and funny, we couldn't have done this tour without him.

Great and memorable day and Driver/Guide!! - Our Driver/Guide was fantastic!! He got us everywhere safely and efficiently and taught us so much about the Balinese and Hindu culture. Mixed Experience - The Private Uluwatu Temple and Kecak Fire Dance Evening Tour in Jimbaran Bay is definitely a mixed experience. On the positive side, the views are absolutely incredible—perched high on the cliffs overlooking the Indian Ocean, the scenery alone makes the trip worthwhile. It’s one of those breathtaking backdrops that feels almost unreal, especially as the sun begins to set.
That said, be prepared for extremely hot and humid conditions. It can be pretty intense, so bringing an umbrella for shade (and maybe a lot of water) is a must if you want to stay comfortable while exploring and waiting for the show.
Unfortunately, the Kecak Fire Dance itself was a major letdown. It felt outrageously overrated and far too overcrowded. They pack what seems like over 1,000 guests into a space that realistically looks like it should seat maybe 300. There didn’t appear to be much regard for crowd control or evacuation safety, which made the experience feel uncomfortable rather than enjoyable.
Another disappointment was the lack of guidance from the private tour guide. Even though we arrived early, there were no suggestions on where to sit. The performance is clearly designed to face one direction, and we ended up seated on the back side, which made it difficult to fully appreciate the show. On top of that, our seating area also blocked what could have been stunning sunset views and photos—one of the main reasons to attend in the first place.
Overall, while the location and views are spectacular, the organization and execution of the fire dance portion really take away from what could have been an unforgettable experience.
