An Egyptology expert guide will accompany the group to explore the renowned Great Pyramids of Giza, the most iconic monuments of ancient Egypt. These colossal stone structures were constructed approximately 4,500 years ago on a rocky desert plateau near the Nile River. The tour includes visits to the three famous pyramids: Khufu (the Great Pyramid of Cheops), Khafre (the Middle Pyramid of Chephren), and Menkaure (the Small Pyramid of Mykerinos), who reigned from 2589-2504 BCE. Following this, the group will visit the enigmatic Sphinx, a mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head of a human.

A delicious lunch will be served at a high-quality restaurant during the Cairo tour. The Egyptian Museum features numerous sections organized in chronological order, showcasing Tutankhamun’s treasures, pre-dynastic and Old Kingdom monuments, Middle Kingdom monuments, New Kingdom, Late Period, and the Greek and Roman periods, as well as papyrus, sarcophagi, and scarabs.
