Great - Great service. He explained how everthing works and he (Tai) gave us tips for tracking around. There was no one at the counter, but when we called there was a guy in like 2 minutes.

Motorbike rental - When we arrived (Motorvina Phong Nha) there was no one at the office. Everything was empty. I looked up the phone number and then someone came down within 2 minutes, so that was fast. After that the bike rental was very easy and there is a gas station nearby. Everything was very easy! Would recommend! Tay helped us :).
