Memorable experience in the Sahara. - Our ride from Fez to the Sahara was enjoyable and interesting because Zaki, our driver cum tourist guide offered so much info about the places we stopped at or passed by. Zaki speaks good English and very attentive to our needs. The Sahara desert excursion on the camel was so exciting and lovely as we stopped to laze on the sand dune watching the sunset..and the ride to the tent afterwards, to be greeted by a lavishly decorated tent, complete with aircon and water heater... Star gazing in the darkness of the Sahara after dinner was completely amazing...

Fes to Marrakech, great trip, awesome driver, great activities. - First day it was good. We drove with Zaki and he explained stuff and was really helpful. We had a deal in the dessert to drive atv and they accommodated our wishes. Second day with Zaki was also good and he adjusted to our wishes.

Great experience , luxury camp was decent but awful hotel. - Our tour guide Zaki was excellent. The trip was everything we expected except the hotel we stayed. There is a strong sewage smell right in front of the hotel and you can smell it from the room if you open the balcony door. Service was poor. You could hear the noice from the street even in the middle of the night. Wifi didn’t work in the room and front desk was supposed to send someone to fix it. No one ever came. There was no phone in the room to call them. I reported this hotel to the travel agency and hopefully they wouldn’t use it again.

An excellent 3D2N trip to Merzouga - I did a three day two night tour from Marrakesh to Fes, and the tour delivered what it promised - camel ride, dinners and breakfasts. You would have to pay for lunch - have about twelve euros (in cash) ready each time. While it seems most of the programme was subcontracted, if I had any questions, I could contact the agency at anytime and they were prompt in responding. Be prepared for long drives as you would be covering large distances. My guide Abdullah and driver Mustapha were excellent. There would be stops along the way where they will give you a tour and offer you stuff to purchase from the local cooperatives, but by a large the guide told us what to expect and we were never pressured to make a purchase. The stay in the hotel for the first night was okay, the only complaint I have was that the bed was a bit hard. The stay in the second night in a 'luxury tent' was decent. Tge dinner and breakfast offerings for the 'luxury tent' could be better. Importantly, both places had clean toilets. I had one unpleasant experience on the last day, with a different guide called Sari. He picked us from Merzouga to Fes today brought us to a place with monkeys, where people gave us nuts to feed them. It was not made clear to us that we had to pay the people who were literally forcing the nuts on us as we left the vehicle. I assumed it was included as part of the tour as in many other countries I went to it was. Sari clearly knew what was going on, when we were literally attacked by the locals and had the nuts forced on us on arrival. He did not intervene or do anything to warn us. I assume that it was something that was prearranged, as in other countries I've been to, no one would demand payment from us after being given a few cheap nuts. In the end I was forced to pay 50DH (after being shouted at for a minute). He also clearly did not speak in English very well, and spoke to me and two other German tourists as if we were idiots, but interacted amicably with the Spanish tourists. He was clearly more comfortable in speaking in Spanish. I'm okay if he does not speak English well, but to speak to us rudely and treating us like children after scamming us is no way acceptable. I informed the company of what happened and asked for compensation, and to my surprise, they refunded me the 50DH that was taken from me rather than shirking responsibility. I thought it was very professional what they did. All in all, I would recommend them. Excellent value to the price I paid, and the agency was prompt in answering my questions and took responsibility for things that happened.

Spectacular and stupendous trip - This 3d/2ni trip from Fes to Marrakech was amazing. We booked a group tour but ended up just ourselves. It was like a private tour of 2 people. Our driver and guide Moha was friendly, accomodating, and just a happy go-lucky guy. The journey took us to many places that we couldn’t have done on our own. amazing desert camping — it was worth upgrading to a luxury tent. The mountain and desert scenery were spectaculat!!!! This country is so beautiful. Thank you 3T travel and Moha. You are the best !!

Unforgettable Moroccan Experience – Highly Recommend - We had an amazing last-minute trip with this agency — we literally confirmed everything at 11 PM the night before, and they still managed to organize the whole thing for the next morning. I’m really grateful for how quickly and efficiently they put it all together! Our first night was in the desert, which was such a unique and unforgettable experience. The tent was super luxurious, the food was delicious and varied, and the whole atmosphere was incredible. We had also arranged in advance to ride ATVs instead of camels on the first day (for an extra charge) — it took a few reminders, but in the end, everything worked out perfectly. On the second day, we stayed in a hotel in Ouarzazate, which unfortunately didn’t live up to the rest of the trip. The hotel was quite disappointing — the service, cleanliness, and even the smell weren’t great. It would have been much better to stay in a riad instead, which are usually more authentic and offer a higher quality experience. We also had an amazing driver, Zaik, who shared so much Moroccan history with us along the way. He was super friendly, very accommodating and made the journey really special. And in Aït Benhaddou (where Gladiator was filmed), our guide Yasin was absolutely fantastic — full of energy, passion for film, and very knowledgeable. He was the perfect guide for that visit. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience and we’re really happy we chose this agency — just a small change in accommodation in the second part of our trip would have made it perfect!
