Very good service - We went to Costa Nova and explained the route very well. We would have had to go from morning to enjoy the coast more. Highly recommended. They also speak perfect Spanish.

Great bikes for day ride. - We rented two bikes to ride around town and it was excellent. All the other reviews are correct. The bikes were well tuned (maybe better than my own at home! ) and worked great. Comfortable too. We got their trek style bikes: upright, seat spring and front fork shocks, cushy (but not too cushy) seats. We rode the other recommended ride along the canals and the estuary on a boardwalk. Stopped for drinks and food going both ways at the cafe at the beginning of the boardwalk.

Great Experience - We rented e-bikes and biked from city center to the seaside. Most of the way was protected from traffic on bike pathways. The woman who owed the shop was kind and helpful getting us set up and headed in the right direction via Google maps. We would highly recommend.

Fabulous e-bike trip to Costa Nova - Irina was so helpful renting us e-bikes & showing us the cycling route to Costa Nova. She was a delight to work with, and made sure we had everything we needed for the ride. We wanted to see the cute striped houses, the palheiros, and the ocean/beach. Her directions led us there and back. The bikes were in great condition, & we had a good ride. We recommend Biclaria unreservedly. Afternoon of May 27, 2024.

Couldn’t have been better. - The apartment was great! Perfect location in the heart of the city. The owner met us and answered all of our questions about where to go and what to do. Aveiro is beautiful!!

AWESOME BIKING EXPERIENCE - My husband and I rented bikes for a trip to Cosa Nova. Our experience was outstanding. The bikes, gear and recommendations for a bike ride were superior. We would not hesitate to rent again. The store is really cute too and we purchased multiple gifts for friends.

Absolute must! - We hired 4 bikes as a family for 4 hours to head off to the coast. It was a great way to escape the city centre for a bit, the bikes were all well maintained and sized for us, with helmets and locks provided. We had a great time and was well worth it. For those thinking to do it, the cycle routes are fine and safe, sometimes common sense gives better directions than google maps!!!

Friendly and helpful. - We rented two bikes (one an e bike) for 2 days and cycled along the river to beach on 1st day and through nature reserve on the 2nd day. The lady owner was very friendly and helpful giving us a map and directions to make our days cycling very easy and enjoyable for us. The bikes were excellent, well maintained and comfortable. We would highly recommend this company.

Pleasant business but cycling routes not easily accessible - Easily accessible and pleasant family business. We found route finding difficult as no maps on offer only the bike shop setting up a route on Google maps which was not straightforward. To get to nice beaches involves cycling for quite a way through industrial port areas and cycle routes are not marked. Seems most picturesque cycling involves quite a long cycle from aveiro through industrial areas.
