Great tour! - We had a great time on the semi-submersible tour. Brad, our guide, was insightful and fun. The submarine is comfortable with great views for everyone. The water around Catalina is so clear and the fish in the marine sanctuary are plentiful and so beautiful (especially the Garibaldi). I love seeing the healthy kelp forests!

Semi-sub - The guide was amazing, and the experience was awesome! Not claustrophobic, boring, or anyone sea sick. Very nice

Middle of Fish School - No question: spend the $20 to buy the fish food that gets torpedoed into the water. Informative guide Captain Rich and deck hand Brad are great!

Fun for all ages - They were friendly and accommodating. Sit on the side the sun is facing. You’ll see fish either side, but it’s more vibrant with the sun facing your side of the sub.

So many fish! - The Sub Ride was so much fun! I get a little motion sick but I had no problems. Sit in the middle section for the best fish viewing. The "captain " was very helpful & entertaining. I highly recommend!

Just okay - It was okay. Some of the windows are difficult to see out of. I thought it was cloudy water but it was definitely our window. There is a huge e push to buy fish food but when you disbursed the food it flows away and the windows down from you get the fish attention. They don’t give change so either pay by card or don’t get change back. It was interesting to try but definitely not worth what was charged.

Wasted submarine time - Stopped at 3 locations. Saw the same 3 types of little fish each time. Paid an extra $20 to push out fish food so the fish would gather round the window. Same fish every time. Not worth the money. Saw more fish at Disneyland.

Bad singing - Everything was cool. Lots of beautiful fish ants then Jill ruins things by attempting to sing and sing and sing. I swear she was all full of herself . I felt like I was watching some cheesy lounge act. Jill please stop the poor Disney stuff and sing in your shower and not around people and Please Please STOP begging for tips, it’s pathetic. Thanks for listening.😂

Yellow flop - Kind of a tourist trap. Ticket price does not include fish food and the food is the only reason fish come to your window. Boat doesn’t fully submerge. Felt like the trip was not worth the cost. Play mini golf and go on an inland tour - those were much better experiences!
