Excellent reef knowledge and very professional service. - Excellent staff, really friendly and professional. I have asthma and a heart condition and was worried I might not enjoy the experience but I was so looked after and encouraged to have safe fun. I can’tpraise them enough for looking after us all

Great experience and perfect for a cruise ship stop - We did the half day snorkelling trip on the first day of our overnight Cairns cruise ship stop and it was brilliant from start to finish. Everything was so well organised and thought through, down to prescription masks being available for those that wear glasses. The team were all super friendly and passionate about what they do, making sure everyone was comfortable in the ocean to have the best time.
Out on the reef itself we got to see lots of types of sealife including clams both living and not, there was even a small (and harmless) reef shark spotted. The guided snorkel for those wanting a bit more structure was a great way to explore and on the way back a scone and cold beverage hit the spot!
When we're back in Cairns, Pure Snorkelling will be first on the list if we want to go snorkelling again!

Amazing service and experience! - It was an amazing experience, totally recommended! The crew was fantastic, the food nice and the reef spectacular! The organization is great and safety is very important for them, so you can be sure that everything will go smoothly! Thanks again for everything!

An amazing day x - What an amazing experience we had with Pure Snorkelling.
I don’t like the sea, but my husband wanted to snorkel in the Great Barrier Reef, so I went with him. To cut a very long story short, I got into the sea but didn’t feel comfortable. One of the staff Immi asked if I wanted to go around the reef with her, so I did. It was amazing. She pointed things out to me, like the different types of fish and the coral and told me lots about the reef. I was in the sea for around 45 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. I’m so glad I went. We even managed to see some whales whist we were sailing to and from the reef… again amazing.
We ended the afternoon with scones, jam and cream…. Again amazing.
I have to praise all the staff of board. Tom - captain. Kiki - Supervisor, Mo, Taiki & Immi , who took me out with her. Thank you
I also met a lovely lady called Emma. If she reads this, I’d like to say Thank you to her for also taking me back into the sea for about 10 minutes.
I’d recommend everybody to go out with Pure Snorkelling. They were brilliant.

Absolutely amazing trip all staff awesome but big shout out to Justin and Mo - Wow! This trip is incredible and I would recommend to everyone. What I like firstly is how clean the boat and toilets were. Next the absolute amazing reception from all the incredible staff that work on the boat. What absolutely smashed it for me is they can cater for all levels. My daughter is extremely confident in water and the time of year we went with waves was no issue. I went into the water and panicked. However the lovely Mo was nearby with a life ring and offered for me to hold on and together we snorkelled the reef. I felt so safe knowing I was being looked after. This is my 3rd visit to the reef and the only time I have managed a 2 hour session. Iast 2 attempts only 15 minutes max. This option meant so much to me. Justin also took a group out including my daughter and she loved all the information and fun he added to the trip. Justin is also so much fun on the boat.
I spoke to the manager at my hotel and he said this is the number one trip. Whilst we were talking about the company a couple walked through reception and said how incredible the tour was. That speaks volumes!!
Thank you to all the amazing staff, you are incredible. Thank you so much Mo for putting up with me and letting me have the reef experience. Your knowledge and kindness I will never forget. You allowed me to have the reef experience and that I cannot thank for.

Half Day Great Barrier Reef Snorkeling Trip - We had a great time yesterday on our half day visit to the reef. Extremely well organised and knowledgeable - all of the staff were brilliant (Justin really does know his fish!). Loved the scones too!. Thoroughly recommended.

The staff were so helpful... - The staff were so helpful and friendly. The boat wasn’t too large so the staff could help everyone that needed it. Professional and happy all the way. I certainly recommend them!!

Amazing experience. Pure snorkelling. - Amazing experience and lovely people. Great Barrier Reef is a highly recommended experience, and honestly, I encourage you to book these excursion. Highly qualified people and so friendly to you. Even if you are not an experienced swimmer. In our case, Monika was super nice and she helps us a lot.

Best snorkelling ever - From start to finish the whole experience was wonderful. Great friendly guides who were incredibly knowledgeable and spent time in the water with us to point our the various fish and corals. The trip out to Brigg Reef was so much better than ones we have done before and I recommend this trip to anyone. Scones after the snorkelling was a welcome treat and the boat is incredibly clean and new throughout. Five star!
