Morning walk- basically a private tour! Shout out to Tyler our guide - Cloudy and cool January day, so it was just my wife and I with our guide Tyler for the morning walking tour. He is an excellent guide. You can tell that he loves his town and he shares a lot of history, architecture, and interesting perspectives of how Austin is changing and how today's changes somewhat mirror the massive changes earlier in the city's evolution. I always enjoy walking tours early in visiting a new city. The guides often share some excellent ideas for eating, music, and things to see and Tyler came through for sure on that!

A Great Way to Start off your Day! - This was a fun & well put together tour. William, our guide was very nice & full of information. He checked in with all the participants before the tour began. At the end of our tour just as he said he would, he sent us a list in a text with all his recommendations so we didn’t have to write anything down. On the tour he projected his voice well, answered questions, & showed pictures on his tablet to further explain some of the sites we saw. This is a tour to add to your list.

We had fun and learned a lot! - William was a wonderful tour guide! I highly recommend taking this tour. He had so much insider information of fun things to do in Austin as well as interesting historical information about the area. After the tour, I felt inspired to go explore Austin, take many of his recommendations, and "keep Austin weird!"

You want to do this tour!! - Had a great tour with Jake....he knew a lot of city history and had a great personality. You know your tour guide is a true Texan when he can walk the entire tour in cowboy boots :) This is a good tour to take at the beginning of your visit if you want an overview of town. Highly recommend! Thanks, Jake!

Essential activity to do first thing of your stay. - We had the best of both worlds. Only 3 people in our group and a fantastic guide. Our guide was very personable and very knowledgeable. We are 70 years old and the last pace was just fine. This was the perfect thing to do at the start of our stay-found out about many other things to do and places to eat. Would highly recommend.

Easy walking tour with lots of knowledge - William was a knowledgeable, personable, dry, humored, young man who knew so much about downtown Austin. You didn’t feel the 90 minute walking because he had something to teach you at every point. It was a great way to get to know the city on our first day in town. I would recommend it for adults primarily, though teenagers would enjoy as well.

The tour was light on... - The tour was light on history and more geared towards restaurants and music news. Our tour guide did not seem sufficiently knowledgeable about the history of Austin.
