Awesome - Was an awesome experience. Driver and tour guides were very knowledgeable. Glow worm cave was magic. Only one fault the day was a little longer with lots of driving. Glad we went though!

Amazing day - Our tour to Waitomo Caves and Rotorua was an unforgettable experience. The glowworm caves were absolutely magical, with thousands of tiny lights creating a surreal atmosphere. The boat ride through the caves was peaceful and mesmerizing. Rotorua was equally impressive, with its bubbling geothermal pools, steaming geysers, and rich Māori culture. We had the chance to visit a traditional Māori village, enjoy a cultural performance, and even try a delicious hangi meal. The entire trip was well-organized, and our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting New Zealand!

Ten out of Ten. - We found the trip to be a marvellous experience. Malcolm, our driver, was very informative , sharing with us many interesting titbits about the areas we visited, and more. He was extremely professional and efficient, keeping us on our timetable. We really appreciated Malcolm picking us up and dropping us off at a different location that was more convenient for us.

Van did not have the... - Van did not have the company markings on it like we were told it would so didn't know it was our vehicle. It was also late due to the driver/guide having to find a place for extra luggage people brought that they shouldn't have. The driver/guide himself was very good - told us a lot and when there were detours due to construction and an accident he worked with the various sites to get our tour times pushed back. At Te Puia I wish we had known that our own tour wouldn't include the cultural performance as we would have watched the one going on when we had lunch. But overall, despite a VERY long day, it was well worth it - we learned alot and saw some very interesting sites.

Good experience, but long drive. - The cavern is a must see and the Tia park was very interesting, the place to eat was correct for sandwich in salad. The only point to be aware is that you are in the car for 7:30 to 8:00 on the tour. So consider this if don’t like the long drive, this is why I gave a 4
