• Auckland Central - The tour begins with a pick-up from your accommodation in Auckland Central, traveling in one of our comfortable Mercedes Sprinters.

• Hobbiton Movie Set - Upon arrival at Hobbiton, a specialist guide will lead you on a walking tour of the 44 Hobbit holes. You will have the chance to stand by the gate of Bilbo’s house, ‘Bag End,’ with views of the Party Tree and the scenic hills beyond.

A highlight of the tour is the chance to enter a Hobbit hole. This interactive experience allows you to explore the interior of a Hobbit home, try a Hobbit-sized bed, sit at the dining table, and admire the intricate details of the set.

The Hobbiton tour is conducted with a larger group and lasts 2 hours, followed by time at the Green Dragon Inn and a buffet lunch at the Party Marquee.

• The Green Dragon Inn - After the walking tour, cross the bridge by the mill to enter the Green Dragon Inn, where you can enjoy a complimentary ale, cider, or ginger beer before lunch. The lunch is a lavish buffet feast in the themed Party Marquee next to the Green Dragon. Afterward, a $10 souvenir voucher is provided for use at the Hobbiton gift shop.

The tour concludes with a return journey to Auckland, which takes approximately 2 hours, including a restroom stop.
