Once you have enjoyed tea the crew set the sails to cruise Auckland’s beautiful Waitemata Harbour taking in sights such as the Auckland Bridge, Westhaven Marina and Devonport (Auckland’s oldest suburb), along with sweeping views of the city. You have the option of helping the crew sail the yacht or just sit back while listening to an informative commentary on the sights.

Wonderful Views - Just a wonderful experience! The water was calm and the sailing was very relaxing. The skipper and his helper were very attentive and social. I'd highly recommend!

This is a MUST experience - Such an amazing experience, friendly and fun crew, great teaching of sailing, great with photo opportunities and all round a great team!

Trip of a lifetime. - My boys both being able to Sail the ship, alongside the super friendly crew. Alongside the other passengers whom were on board with us. Made for a very delightful time.

Fantastic experience!! - Had been so looking forward to this and was not disappointed!! We had Skipper Peter & Charlie on board Defiance and I didn't want it to end! When I asked if I could have a photo taken next to the steering wheel they said to get in behind the wheel and let me steer for a while. The ocean is my 'happy place' where all stress melts away and should I return to Auckland anytime soon, I would do this experience again as it's priced reasonably. Thanks for the great time! :-)

Great sail in light winds - Great afternoon on the harbour, sailing with explorer group..great crew and well experienced. Light winds unfortunately, but got the groove going with us all.

Nice sunset tour - Nice boat tour with a beautiful sunset over Auckland waterfront. It was windy and cold during the tour and the boat is open (inside part was basically closed and you cannot see anything from there).

bad experience - Nothing they offer in the booking is true... they didn't give us tea or coffee, cookies or chocolate, nor did they provide the jacket that was mentioned in the booking... I really don't recommend them.
