Harbour cruise views - This cruise was absolutely amazing. Great commentary from the captain about all the surroundings & a beautiful clean boat. Will definitely be bringing my whanau back to go on it again. A great way to see Auckland on the water.

Well worth the time and money. - We had been on two Aukland land tours and still learned new information on this cruise. The ship was nice, and have beverages and snacks available were appreciated

Nice trip - Nice trip, have lived in Auckland for 24 years and never have done this cruise previously. Family came from USA and were keen to go.

This tour I really enjoyed and my families also enjoyed a lot. In future I will definitely bring some more families on this crui - 5 I enjoyed the ride there was beautiful scene of Auckland Harbour and also the nearby islands and staff of the cruise ship were very helpful

An Enjoyable Afternoon Cruise - This was an enjoyable afternoon cruise. We had perfect weather and the sailing was smooth. We were able to see a number of sights around the harbour. There was plenty of seating. The commentary was very loud, but that meant we could hear clearly on the outside deck. At times there was a little too much detail on the history of some points of interest but overall an enjoyable experience.

Cruise Auckland for a good time - Located on Dock 12, Fullers 360 Discovery Cruise offers great views of the Harbour and Auckland Bridge. Tickets for the Cruise can be bought from iSite opposite or from one of the many offices on the Harbour. The Cruise itself goes out from the harbour to the various islands nearby before going back under the bridge and returning. There is commentary throughout, although with the noise generated it was actually difficult to hear what was being said if you were sitting outside. The seating was good although sitting at the rear of the boat meant there were 2 different seats - some facing outward and most facing inward which meant you had to keep turning to get the best views. Overall it was a good experience.

Good once issues were addressed - Had to go to a ticket office down the wharf to get a paper ticket - must have missed some fine print. We had to ask for the guide to speak louder and more slowly so we could get the information being shared.

A bit disappointing - A bit disappointing. I sat on the top deck because a previous review said they couldn’t see out of the windows if sitting in the covered area. But you can’t hear the commentary on the top open deck. I asked a crew member to turn up the volume which they did slightly but it was still very difficult to hear and there is nothing wrong with my hearing. Other people on the top deck had the same problem. I eventually moved downstairs to hear the commentary but this was very stilted and difficult to follow. Not a great experience. They must be able to sort out the volume and have an experienced commentator.

Not worth it! - I can’t recommend this tour. We puttered around the harbor with a little narration. You couldn’t see anything as people stand along the railing and all the sights are on the right side of the boat. It truly was a waste of money.

Get what you pay for. - We booked a harbor cruise, when boarding they could not accept our viator mobile ticket. We had to exchange it at another location and lost our place in line. The cruise was marginal at best.
