one of the finest and comfortable ride ever! - It was one of the finest and most comfortable places ride i had in overseas location which i travelled so far. Comfortable, private and seamless airport transfer - From the moment I arrived at Auckland Airport, this company exceeded my expectations. Driver was punctual and greeted me with a warm welcome and assisted me with my luggage. The vehicle was immaculate and comfortable. Throughout the journey to my hotel which was in the city, the driver was courteous and shared information about Auckland, which helped us in planning our journey. The ride was smooth and professionalism displayed I highly recommend this service to anyone seeking a reliable and pleasant transfer from the airport to the city as it truely made our arrival pleasant after long flight.

Smooth and nice experience - Excellent service! Varun got in touch with me via WhatsApp in the morning for my afternoon flight. About 30 minutes before pick up time he was in touch again, and kept me informed. Nice and clean SUV, seamless service.

Pickup time - Driver started texting me when we landed. That was good but then as we were going through security he said we had to be out by 10:10 or he was leaving and we would need to pay more. The pickup was scheduled for 11:00 not when we landed. I made sure there was adequate time to go through customs . The driver was good and said it was his management that dictated earlier message

Could be much better - The driver did not appear to be present at the airport. A helpful competitor (!) was eventually able to reach the driver. The man finally showed up 45 minutes later. The man apologized and took care of our luggage. The car was recent and clean. Once in town the driver dropped us off at a wrong hotel (but from the same chain). However, we had given the street and house number when ordering. The counter clerk of the wrong hotel called the driver and 30 minutes later he finally took us to the right hotel. What should have been a half-hour transfer, all together became almost 2 hours. This was not nice.
