Something for everyone - Highly recommend. The staff were amazing very informative and friendly. Offered to take group pics so we could all be in some. The artwork was amazing and the 3D effect is awesome and really allows everyone to be involved. We went with our 13 yrd old and 4 year old who is on the ASD spectrum(non-verbal) and both of them loved the experience.

Fun for everyone! - Fun for the whole family, even our toddler got right into it. The tips to take good photos were great, it's just the right size too. Big enough to keep you engaged, but not too much for the little ones. We had a great time!

Invasive Behaviour by Staff Ruined an Otherwise Great Experience - The art exhibition is great fun for a family with kids. Just before walking out, the guy at the desk was repeatedly offering to take a photo with us all. Given his persistence, we eventually said, why not. We handed him the mobile phone and got ready for the photo when I noticed that he swiftly swiped through things to check out the phone. I asked whether he needed help with the phone, which he declined and he took the photo. With me now closely watching him, in those two seconds from taking the photo and handing the phone back to me, he couldn't stop himself from pulling down the notifications to continue stalking. I have found this behaviour shocking and it spoilt the whole experience for me and my wife. The business should investigate this behaviour, which is likely not a one off to protect others. The photos were taken on Sunday, 16 Feb 2025 at 14:19 across the entrance desk.
