Amazing experience, go go go! - Excellent service and experience from start to finish. We were picked up exactly on time by our driver Ramon who took us to the Park where we were greeted by our guide Viri who was amazing from start to finish. It was my first ever time driving an ATV and Viri ensured I was comfortable and felt safe, I was definitely the slowest of the group as everyone had done it multiple times before and Viri came to check I was happy to continue driving and talked me through how to stay safe but get the speed up. For me, anything adventure is a big love but with it being my first time, it was great to have someone there to help get the confidence up to be able to pick the speed up. The ATV's are such fun and even as someone who'd never done it before, I loved it, was able to it safely at all times during the course, never once felt unsafe or like I was going to crash and would definitely recommend you just go for it and try it. If you ever feel like you can't do it, the option is there to do the rest as a passenger on the guide's ATV. Next was the ziplines which were great fun, I've done ziplines multiple times but to be able to do it through the Mayan Jungle was great, the views are incredible and again Viri ensured anyone who hadn't done it before knew how safe it was and made it fun for everyone. The cenote you swim in here is beautiful and has areas that are shallow and some that are deep, with the option to take a life jacket if you want it, meaning even if you're not a confident swimmer you won't miss out on this. We did go ahead and purchase the photo package which was $69 for a link to be emailed to you with all the photos for download, of course they're pricey but if you want the memories then it's worth it. You can't bring your phone around which makes sense for safety reasons but if you have a GoPro then you can bring that, no issues. Again, a great experience, definitely recommend and big shoutout to Viri as she was an amazing guide

ATV, Zip Line, Cenotes are all 5 stars here - Loved It! We purchased a GoCity Cancun pass and we chose this park as one of our destinations. I had no idea what to expect from this park and i was extremely happy at the end. Our tour guides name was Enrique, he was very professional and educational. His number one goal was our safety, especially on the ATVs. He took very good of us and we had alot of fun during the activities. Shout out to Enrique! A couple of thoughts on each activity. ATV 1) It gets dusty, keep that in mind when choosing a shirt. i unfortunately wore a white shirt, and it got dirty. 2) recommend wearing a face mask during the riding; they do provide goggles. 3) you do not need to have previous ATV experience, all though it does help. 4) we spent about 45 minutes ATVing. 5) Enrique made a few stops to check on us, again safety Zip Line: 1) Only a few zip lines and nothing too high and long, perfect for beginners. 2) Enrique made sure we were all safe and had a great time on them. Cenote: 1) water is a bit chilly when you first jump in, but you get used to it 2) you can not wear any type of shoes in the cenote. 3) water is crystal clear and beautiful 4) there are certain spots that are deep, but it does have areas that you can sit or stand on rocks. 5) You do not need to know how to swim; life vests are supplied. Lunch: 1) Lunch is surprisigly delicious, BUT it's a small portion. When we got back to our hotel we ate at the buffet there. Overall I definitely recommend going. All the activities are timed, we arrived at 8am and were back at the hotel by 1pm. We were not allowed to take our own cameras or phones due to safety, they do allow mounted GoPro style cameras. We did have our own personal photographer (Moi) which is a plus. he took 183 professinal photos of my family doing various activities. the photos cost is $90 but well worth it. after reviewing all of our pictures i noticed we were missing three specific ones. i emailed them and Luis contacted me and was super helpful finding them and emailing them to me. Big Shout out to Luis! If you find yourself in Cancun and want to do any of these activities and dont want to spent crazy money at Xcaret Go here!

Jet through the Jungle - If you want a great adventure Caeser is the man. He was awesome with people who were hesitant to zip line. He brought passion to his trip and took pride in everything he did. We did a morning half day trip which was exactly what we wanted. A few more longer zip lines would have made the adventure 100% but still excellent. ATV loving people the ride was technical enough to make for an excellent ride through the jungle. just the right amount of mud!!

Native Park Playa Del Carmen - We booked the “Native Park Playa Del Carmen” directly online and activities include ziplines, cenote swim and ATV’s ride (in this order). Our driver was 10-minute late; but he explained there was traffic, it’s no biggie. Our guide was friendly and did a good job explaining the activities. We felt safe the entire time. Swimming in the cenote was refreshing, although I wish the area was bigger and more open. ATV was fun, bumpy & dusty. Goggles are provided; bring a dust mask if you’d like. A “snack” was provided at the end, which was more like a light lunch and we enjoyed it. We understand cell phones were not allowed; I actually enjoyed having a photographer taking pictures and capturing the fun moments for us. The pictures turned out great and we received the link to download within a few hours.

Not what I expected - Booking through this company was not what I expected. It’s hard to get in contact with them. Our tour man Ben was super cool and down to earth. The reason why I’m giving 3 stars is because we paid for two atvs and once arrived at the track through the jungle my boyfriend atv broke down and We were told that we would get another one but someone in our group ran hers into a tree leaving us sharing one the entire ride. That was the reason we came to ride the ATVs... at the end we asked for a partial refund and was told no because of some bull crap they made up so be AWARE OF THIS!! the snack at the end was okay but was the size of a preschool lunch it was no flavor. They should try to make something else or bigger.
