Magical Meteora - The tour was very well organized. Our guide Maria was friendly, warm and truly seemed to care about each person on the tour to ensure they were getting the most out of it. She was so knowledgeable and we loved hearing about the history of the monasteries, hermit caves and the breathtaking rock formations. I highly recommend this tour!

Unreal, once in a lifetime trip - The views are so amazing. Definitely worth both the long bus ride and climb of the stairs and inclines. It was a little problematic be ause I am out of shape, but doable. The guide was knowledgeable and witty. Overall would highly recommend.

Solid tour. Everything is... - Solid tour. Everything is planned really well and goes smoothly. The tour guide was really knowledgeable and was really funny, not corny how some tour guides can be but a genuinely funny person. Plus she knew all the cats at every stop and even brought them food. The only thing I would mention is for female travelers is that they are really strict about dress code while in the monasteries, I know it’s 2025 but they are very old school within the monasteries so bring a long sleeve you can take on and off as needed cause it also gets really hot, even in May. They provide “skirts” at the ticket booth

Fabulous tour and Guide - It was my first time in Athens and was very pleased with this tour. From beginning to end. The pick up site was clear, getting onto bus was smooth and the rest of the entire tour was orderly. Shout out to our guide KATE :). She was a breath of fresh air and Stephanus the driver was Kool. I do recommend others for this tour, it was informative and interesting. Be clear that guide will not enter the monasteries with you and you will pay your own entrance fees. I chose tour with meal, lunch that is, and the mousaka was good. Enjoy 😉

This was one of the best... - This was one of the best tours we took on our trip! If you want to do something more adventurous or see something more unique, this is the tour to book! Our tour guide Jim was the best you could get. He lives in the city, so his knowledge of the town and history was unbeatable. The views from the stops and from all the monasteries are breathtaking! It is truly a hidden gem in Greece that everyone should experience!

Great Tour - a must see - Our tour guide Maria was great. Lots of knowledge and humor to keep us awake and motivated to walk up those steps. The sites were amazing absolutely beautiful. Maria made them come to life with her commentary. Our bus driver Demetrios was exceptional. Would highly recommend this tour.

The trip was overall... - The trip was overall great! Meteora is super impressive and offers incredible views. However, the guide was a bit rude at times and wish we had guided tours of the monesteries.

Stunning views, beware what's included - A 100% recommended excursion. Wonderful views, a very nice guide that explained everything very well. Stops at various sites to take pictures and see the stunning scenery. We took the option with lunch, what entered us was a small salad, a second course and a bottle of water, not bad. The bus was very good although the Wifi was not working well. Very punctuality throughout the tour since we were picked up. Having said that I have to comment that in the propaganda of the tour says that it is the only tour that includes The Hermit Caves of Badovas, the only way we saw it was from quite a distance from the road, the guide explained what it was. I expected to have been at least close and stopped next door, I live in an area where there are caves and I was curious. Propaganda also states that you visit six monasteries that have to be paid for in three of them, you actually go through 6 monasteries (like anyone who goes through that road) and you visit three. Despite everything, it is a highly recommended tour in which I think they have to change the way they do it advertising

Visit to the Monasteries - The trip was amazing! We had 5hours of driving there, 5hours spent with the tour guide explaining about the monasteries to us, 5hours driving back to Athens. The trip itself was amazing, but the rest stops wasn't great, food and snacks was expensive at location, for eg, simply greek salad was sold for €9 per small box! The lunch provided was average (35mins stop for lunch), it's not really "traditional Greek food" as advertised, the portion was acceptable. Please note the back seat of the bus is not fit for purpose for such long trips especially when its at max capacity.
