- Koukaki District - We will try another typical Greek savory snack, which is of course the phyllo pastry pies. The bakery is a local family-run business where I buy my bread and pies for more than 20 years.
- Koukaki District - We will head towards a local microbrewery, where I will offer you a Greek local beer. This place has beers that you can usually find on Greek islands.
- Acropolis - Of couse we will finish the evening with one of my favorite Greek desserts. I will walk you also to the finishing point which is Akropolis metro station and I will show you the beautiful pedestrian street of Makrigianni and Apostolou Pavlou, where we will have the chance to enjoy Acropolis lit! Perfect way to finish the night!

This is a unique experience as we are hanging out in the area I grew up and still live. The food I will offer you is high quality food that locals eat in their everyday life. You will get the chance to get a taste of the local life here. This experience is different than other food tours that go to the more touristy areas like Plaka and Monastiraki, where the food is not so good anymore. It includes walking and exploring Koukaki, while eating and trying local drinks.

Athens food tour - Christina's Koukaki Food Tour was an absolute highlight of my trip to Athens! From the moment we met Christina, her passion for Greek food and culture was infectious. We explored hidden gems in Koukaki, tasting delicious local specialties that I never would have found on my own. Amazing food by an amazing guide - I had the most amazing time with the best guide! From start to finish, the entire experience was truly exceptional. She was not only knowledgeable and engaging but also had an incredible sense of hospitality that made the tour even more enjoyable. Her food choices were absolutely superb—each dish was carefully selected, bursting with flavor, and a perfect representation of the local cuisine. Every stop felt thoughtfully planned, and I loved every bite. It was such a delightful and memorable experience, one that I will cherish for a long time. Well worth your time and money!Kristina , is an excellent guide for this activity. Great food choices, in best places! - Make sure to book this activity and best if with Kristina. She takes her job seriously, she will not only fill up your tummy but with lots of knowledge about Greek food. Two thumbs up!

A must do! Whenever in Athens - A great local experience walking around, stopping at some nice bars with great food and even better company.
The last part of the trip, the gelato, was indeed the perfect icing on the cake.

Excellent food tour - I just wrapped up an unforgettable food tour in Koukaki with the fabulous Christina, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the get-go, Christina’s energy was contagious, and her passion for the local food scene made the whole experience a delight. We ventured off the beaten path to discover hidden culinary treasures that are true gems of Koukaki.

Unforgettable Athens Food Tour with Christina! - I'm really glad I joined her tour on my first day in Athens! With her deep knowledge of local ingredients and excellent communication skills, she is the best guide. You can learn about Athens' food culture while enjoying delicious food and drinks. Lovely food tour Athens with Christina - Christina was in touch before we arrived in Athens and that was reassuring for a traveller from another country. We had a lovely walking tour of her area with visits to some authentic Greek food places. Christina kept us enthralled with stories of each road, restaurant and generally was very nice. We Highly Recommend a tour with Christina and will definitely engage her when next in Athens. Genuine and sweet person was the added bonus.

Real local experience - amazing food! - Thank you Christina for a wonderful evening in your district! I absolutely loved it in Koukaki: great atmosphere, everything very local and authentic, your interesting insights and of course the amazing food! Not only was it plentiful and tasted fabulous, it was also "real Greek" and I got to try new foods and tastes that I hadn't tried before. So thank you so much - I had a great time!

The Perfect Tour with the Perfect Guide! - Christina was the perfect guide for us. She was so knowledgeable about the deep history behind the food scene in Athens and led us to several places that really gave us a great opportunity to experience the different tastes of traditional food. She also knew the shop keepers of the sites we visited, which gave us a chance to meet them and hear their stories. One of my friends had a special diet and Christina made sure he was able to eat everywhere we visited - with the same proportion of food that the rest of us had. We were never bored as the conversation never stopped. We hated that our tour ended because we were enjoying ourselves so much but we're happy because we couldn't fit another ounce of food into our bellies! Everything was delicious! I highly recommend taking this tour with Christina. You won't be disappointed.
