Excellent Delphi tour - Tour guide, Xenia, was knowledgeable and personable. She made sense of Greek history-not an easy task. Lovely excursion!

Interesting Tours with a very informative Guide - The tour was very informative. It would have been nice to have an extra 30 minutes to be able to explore the site more. Very limited time to get to the top.

History in a Day Athens and Delphi - Great trip - very long day though. Tour guide was incredibly knowledgable and friendly. Answered all questions, gave clear instructions and gave out a lot of info.

Beautiful tour of Delphi! - Delphi was absolutely amazing and beautiful, just a pleasure to visit. The guide was knowledgeable and was able to explain about the many buildings at the site. Hara in the main office was super helpful after I took a wrong turn in the town and got the tour bus to me, thanks! Would definitely recommend to other travelers

Nice Day - It's wonderful to have the trip all arranged so we can just sit back and relax.
It was challenging to understand our tour guide, Christine.
There's a lot of walking up the hill through the monuments with some bigger stones on the trail, and many big steps (usually without railings).
To get into the museum is an elevator. Fortunately, one of our group found it on their own. It would have nice for the tour guide to suggest it for some of the women who struggled with the climb/walk. I was grateful for the use of this elevator and eliminated a long walk up stairs in the sun. Some people also had to wait to get in.
The tour guide suggested sunscreen and hats when we were on the bus, which is a great reminder. It would be lovely if it was recommended in the event details to bring a hat and sunscreen and also to bring water.

The sanctuary was... - The sanctuary was beautiful. Our guide was a little hard to understand at times and her knowledge was not very deep. Also disappointed they did not plan on returning us to our pick up point

Excellent Guide - Well worth the day if you have a few days visit to Athens. Our guide was excellent. Great views of the countryside and town near Delphi. Excellent lunch at the beautiful Amalia Hotel. Would have liked to have more time to visit the town of Arachova for an hour.

From the get go the bus... - From the get go the bus transfer from the hotel to the Amalia hotel was a bit chaotic and disorganized. The bus transport and driver to Delphi was very good, the bus adequately cooled and smooth ride. The guide, Christine was very sweet and she tried so hard to make this a great experience but her English was so difficult to understand!! This put a big damper on the day and the experience. To top it off the lunch was horrible. The spinach pie and cheese pie tasted as if it was microwaved 10 times before being put at our table. The salad tasted as if a bag of coleslaw mix was dumped on the plate with no dressing the chicken was dry and even difficult to cut with a knife.
We loved seeing Delphi but these few detractors made it a 3 star.

The tour guide was very... - The tour guide, Eleni, was very good & extrememly knowledeable, however, the AC on the bus was not working and considering we were on the bus for 6 hours, that was really not acceptable, it was very hot. The amount of time at the site was perfect, however, it would have been nice to have additional time at the museum just to look around on own as there is so much to see there. Lunch was just ok, a souvlaki & ice cream would have been better and given us more time at the museum.
