Fun tour - Fun tour with a knowledgeable guide who was excellent with the kids on the tour. Helped us see a few sites around the acropolis that we would have otherwise missed.

A fabulous experience around the Acropolis - We loved this experience, hearing historical spooky stories in the streets around the Acropolis and old town. The views were fabulous and our guide Angela was really interesting. We were a family group aged 10 to 50 and we all had a great time. Recommend!

Sophia was an amazing guide and one of the friendliest people we have met in Greece. Her knowledge of the history and her ability to get everyone engaged was excellent! We also had so much fun using the equipment and finding ghosts! Would definitely recommend and if we ever come back to Greece we would take the tour again!

Friday the 13th Ghost Night Out - We had such a great time! The guides were awesome and the stories were very interesting! Such a pleasant night out for a Friday the 13th…and our detectors picked up very intense EMF readings at the base of the Parthenon where soldiers were buried. What an experience!! You’ll enjoy!!

Amazing Tour and Experience ! - Our ghost tour near the Acropolis and Filopappou Hill was a really fun and unique experience in Athens. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the stories about local history and mysteries very engaging. Walking around the ancient paths at night created a special atmosphere, and the interactive parts of the tour made it even more exciting. We discovered places and stories we would never have found on our own. If you want to see Athens from a different and slightly spooky perspective, this tour is definitely worth doing.

Recommended Ghost Hunting in Athens - My friends and I joined the ghost tour and walked through the ancient city at nigh, it was absolutely worth it. What really made it thrilling were not only the history but the stories and legends, the unexpected moments, and the spooky interactions we had with spirits. We even got to try ghost hunting equipment we’d never used before, which added to the experience plus we visited Socrate's prison. Our guide was amazing friendly, knowledgeable, and fully dedicated to showing us the best of Athens. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience Athens in a unique and thrilling way!

Thrilling Athens Ghost Tour at Night - Our nighttime ghost tour at the base of the Acropolis of Athens was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. Guided by Angela — with Sofia in training — the Athens: Haunted Ghost Tour at Night offered a fascinating blend of history, mystery, and hands-on fun. Equipped with electromagnetic field detectors and dowsing rods, we explored the wide marble pathways that circle the Acropolis. The interactive element made the tour especially engaging, adding a playful thrill as we learned about the layers of history beneath our feet. Angela was knowledgeable, engaging, and struck the perfect balance between storytelling and historical context. Sofia did a wonderful job as well, and it was clear she’s learning from the best. If you’re looking for a unique way to experience Athens after dark — especially if you enjoy history with a mysterious twist — this tour is absolutely worth it. Marian

Great concept, poor execution - We booked the Ghost tour on a whim, expecting an evening of ghost stories and creepy visits. Not necessarily actual paranormal encounters, but at least a "haunted" experience. The concept is great; visit places that have ghost stories surrounding them, equipped with actual Ghost Hunting gear! Cool. However, the guide really didn't sell the experience. One of the first things she said was that Athens is a poor place for ghost hunting. While this maybe true, it immediately makes you think; then what am I doing here? The stories she told were immediately followed by a disclaimer that they probably weren't true of were labeled fairy tales. There was no atmosphere, no storytelling aspect (there is a difference between telling a story and TELLING a story), no setting the mood. At one point we had something that could easily be described as an actual "encounter", but we quickly fell into the question of "now what?" The guide didn't take the lead and basically asked us: what do you wanna do with this? Maybe we expected the wrong thing; a quasi-horror experience in an ancient town, with cool, spooky ghost stories. This is not that experience. An enthousiastic guide with a flair for storytelling would've probably made this an excellent experience. It was still a fun walk around town though.
