Athens by bike is a yes! - Athens is a big city best explored by bicycle. We pedaled past the changing of the guard, outdoor vegetable markets, and cultural landmarks. Best part was stopping for a swim in the sea. Bike paths made the travel safe and Maria made the trip fantastically fun. It was a big YES

Private Bike Tour - If you like the outdoors, this tour is for you. A great way to get a taste of the city and beaches of Athens. Kleanthis (or 'K' as we called him) was a fantastic guide--very knowledgeable and an excellent cyclist. We rode thru Plaka, seeing more than we would have been able to on foot. We biked to Kalamaki Beach, where we stopped for a break at Cape Sol Cafe. There you can grab a cold drink or dip your toes in the Gulf. On the ride back, we stopped for a sampling of Greek pies (Spanakopita??), which were delicious. A very fun time was had by all.

Fun bike ride with great views of the city. - We had a great morning with Kleanthis Palaiologos. The trip was enjoyable - not too hard or hot. We stopped at the end at a beach bar and had a cold drink before heading back. He kept us all together and pointed out really great sites and provided a wealth of information. We went off the beaten path a little and saw things we didn't expect. It was a wonderful way to kick off a few days in Athens.
