Excellent way to see Athens! - Luxurious minibus, friendly professional and excellent guide. Got us to the Acropolis before the big crowds (8-12 noon guided tour) and we felt we covered everything we needed in Athens

Terry was absolutely... - Terry was absolutely amazing! He was full of information and shared the history and stories behind all of the iconic buildings and stops. He was so accommodating, allowing us to stop and take a few photos at the temple of Zeus, providing bottled water, and even helped us to a souvenir shop! It was wonderful to have ac breaks in the van in between the hot and crowded stops. We would 100% recommend this tour!

Excellent experience from beginning to end - Like many of you we had no idea which tour to choose. We wanted a “skip the line” experience at the acropolis and also wanted to see the temple of Poseidon. So we booked 2 tours with the same company on the same day. It was amazing to work with Olive Sea Travel!! From the moment we booked, they reached out to us in advance of our arrival in Greece. We were able to split our two tours so that we did the acropolis in the morning (8am) and then took the second tour later in the day (4:30pm) Manos our guide was fantastic. He messaged us that morning, arrived on time to pick us up from our hotel. The car was comfortable for 3 adults. He had already purchased tickets and drove us directly to the Acropolis. Because he is not a licensed guide, he could not go into the Acropolis with us. But he took the time to explain everything that we would see, where to look for certain features. We walked ourselves for about 90 minutes seeing all of the different features and ruins of the Acropolis. When we finished, Manos was waiting for us with a cool car and cold water. Then he preceded to take us to other sites within Athens. We saw the temple of Zeus, sacred cemetery of the ancient Greeks, changing of the Guard at the royal Palace, the temple of hephaestus, the ancient Roman Agora (market) and at the end the Olympic Stadium. All along the way the knowledge and history stories were amazing and he shared insightful things about both ancient and modern Greece. The conversation was great and Manos made sure we saw all the things we wanted to see. We were taken back to our hotel where we could relax and get some lunch and then at 4:30pm he arrived again on time to pick us up for the second tour to Sounio. This was roughly a 90 minute drive south from Athens. We talked about many stories and Manos shared some great insights about his future and the Greek history. We stoped at an amazing lake and also stopped a a few beaches to fell the water. We could have spent time swimming but we had not chosen to bring our swim suits. We arrived at the base of the Temple of Poseidon There was a nice local beach and some great sea food restaurants. We enjoyed a fantastic fish and traditional Greek meal before heading to the temple. Once there we entered and experienced an amazing sunset out over the ocean at the base of the temple. It was such a great day. We feel that we were able to see ALL of the key ancient sites and we had a wonderful guide who kept us entertained and comfortable at all times. We would highly recommend this tour company and the tour they offered. All tickets were provided and ready for us so there was never a wait. Chose them with confidence.

Learning the history of Greece is incredibly inspiring - There's so much to see and absorb and take in I highly recommend using this tour group. Wealth of knowledge and very engaging.
