Excellent tour of Acropolis, Museum & Parthenon - Excellent guided tour through the most significant elements of the Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis itself (including the Parthenon). Our guide Kimon (Simon) was very knowledgeable and informative, with a background in architecture, history, and literature. He welcomed questions and had a very nice way of managing the group. A 5 star guide for sure!

The Wonders of Acropolis - The knowledge of our tour guide “John the Archeologist” was absolutely incredible. He was extremely courteous and kind to some of the tour members who needed extra assistance. This tour was definitely worth the money.

Poor technology makes a bad experience - Our guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. However the overall experience was poor due to inadequate headsets. The guide was transmitting static most of the time and sometimes held her cell phone too close to her device causing interference. I was lucky if I heard 50%. The ear pieces were the super cheap ones like you get on the airplane that are not fitted for your ear properly. I would not recommend this tour until the company buys a decent set of listening devices. The guide also went quickly ahead and left people behind on multiple occasions then she had to count and recount before the group was together again to proceed.

Unfortunately we didn’t... - Unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience on this tour. Our guide spoke way too fast with a heavy accent that was hard to understand. Instead of learning about a monument as we were seeing it and sharing stories as we moved to the next monument, we were asked to sit down for a long period of time where our guide dumped as much information as possible and then excused us to walk around and check out the monuments for ourselves. It felt very classroom-style even though we were at the site.
