It was 5 AM in the... - It was 5 AM in the morning, so there was nothing memorable. He did try to have me pay again and I had to show him the receipt where I had already paid the full price.

need better customer service and contact - There was no contact from the transfer team about time to pickup my clients. I had to ask for times for pickups. I had 11 sets of clients- 1 on 2/26, 9 on 5/27 (including my pick up) and 1 on 5/28. They failed to pick up clients on 5/26 saying there was no pickup that day as I was looking at the confirmation with the 5/26 dates.

Didn’t show up - Did not show up for confirmed ride from King George to the port. Didn’t answer the phone and didn’t return email. Any positive reviews must be by the staff or owners. You can’t imagine the embarrassment when your ride doesn’t show.
