Time-travel into ancient Egypt - Egypt is a magic place and everybody should take this trip. I have travelled with my 21 year old daughter. Since we do not like group travels, we opted for private tours, which means that we had our own car and da fantastic guide, Mahmoud Farah. When we boarded the cruise ship we did not like the boat. Guess what! Mahmoud did not give up and put us on another ship. This was not his job, but he made it happen. He is very patient, knowledgeable and funny. We really had an amazing time. After a couple of days we were like old friends. I needed a medication and he found an open pharmacie at 4 am....Where will you find such service?
He also took us places that were not on our program, which made our experience even more fantastic.
Last but not least: my daughter forgot her ipad pensil on the boat and realized so when we reached Hurgada (5-hour travel). We called Mahmoud and guess what: next day the pen has been delivered to our hotel in Hurgada. Thanks Mahmoud for all and hope to see you in Portugal!

Exceptional Guide to Luxor – Noha - I had a wonderful experience touring Luxor with Noha as my guide. She was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about Egyptian history, and made every site come alive with fascinating stories and details. From the Valley of the Kings to Karnak Temple, she ensured I didn’t miss a single highlight and answered all my questions with patience and insight. Noha also took care of all the logistics, making the day smooth and stress-free. Her warm personality and genuine enthusiasm made the tour feel personal and memorable. I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness throughout the day. If you’re visiting Luxor and want an unforgettable experience, I highly recommend Noha as your guide—you’ll be in excellent hands!

Stories that stayed in my heart - What I thought would be a typical sightseeing tour turned into one of the most meaningful journeys I’ve had. The ship was lovely—comfortable, clean, and well-organized. Our guide, Ayman, didn’t just tell us facts. He told us stories that stuck. He once paused a temple talk to point out an inscription he’d discovered during his studies. That level of detail made it personal. The staff always had a smile and a cold juice ready after every temple tour. Their energy never dipped. One heartwarming moment was when a little boy in our group started crying from the heat at Abu Simbel. The guide picked him up, shaded him with his scarf, and made everyone laugh until the mood turned around. It was beautiful to watch. What I respected most was how seriously the crew took timing and plans. Everything was explained, and there was always a backup. I never once felt confused. That balance of professionalism and warmth made the whole cruise feel like a well-run family trip.

Found peace sailing the ancient Nile - At first, I wasn’t sure if I’d enjoy a cruise with scheduled stops. I usually like to wander. But this trip turned out to be exactly what I needed. The Nile itself is peaceful beyond words. Our guide, Hany, made sure we had just enough information without overwhelming us. He was patient and clearly loved his job. The ship was smaller than I imagined, but that made it feel more intimate. One morning, I sat on the top deck alone, and a crew member quietly brought me coffee, saying, “Best way to start Egypt.” It stuck with me. We had a funny incident at Edfu when someone dropped their hat into the river. Without missing a beat, a sailor hooked it out with a long pole, and the whole boat cheered. Everyone was supportive, from the kitchen staff to the captain. When I asked about the decision to leave a bit early from one stop, the guide clearly explained the safety concern and why it mattered. That honesty built trust. I walked away feeling like I saw Egypt with eyes wide open.

History, kindness, and Kom Ombo cat - This trip wasn’t just another check off my travel list—it felt like walking through a dream. I had high hopes, but nothing could’ve prepared me for the emotions. Our guide, Yousef, shared so much more than history. He shared wisdom, jokes, and compassion. The crew treated us like guests in their home. The boat had a laid-back luxury vibe, and I loved waking up to the gentle movement of the Nile. One fun memory: during the visit to Kom Ombo, we spotted a stray cat near the temple entrance. Our guide, out of nowhere, pulled out snacks and fed it. Everyone laughed, and it turned into a whole mini photo session with the “Kom Ombo Cat.” Small moments like that made the trip so real. I appreciated how quickly the crew adapted to every situation. When we hit a delay near Edfu, they rearranged activities so we didn’t miss anything. The trip was full of surprises in the best way. I felt like I got a true taste of Egyptian warmth and magic

Expectations exceeded in every way - I came expecting just temples and landscapes. But I left with memories, laughter, and a deeper respect for Egypt’s history. Right from the first welcome drink on the ship, I knew this cruise would be different. Our guide, Reem, was both professional and relatable. She explained things simply without ever dumbing it down. What impressed me most was how decisions were made fast and smart. One night, strong winds threatened the hot air balloon ride. They immediately postponed it and gave us an alternative sunrise temple tour, which turned out to be just as magical. The crew was always present but never intrusive. They joked with us, helped with directions, and made sure every meal felt special. One night, a power cut happened just as dinner was served. Instead of panicking, the crew lit candles and turned it into a quiet, magical evening. We even ended up singing together on the deck. This cruise felt safe, thoughtful, and surprisingly fun. I left feeling like I got more than what I paid for

Unforgettable journey on the Esmeralda Nile Cruise - The Esmeralda Nile Cruise offered a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Thanks to Hany’s deep knowledge, we experienced history first hand, from the temples of Karnak to the impressive Hatshepsut temple complex. The sunrise on a balloon ride was the crowning achievement.
