The most fab experience!!! - Graceway Travel was in touch shortly after booking the cruise. They kept us informed and at all times we felt reassured. They picked us up as agreed and escorted us to the boat ensuring check-in went smoothly. The cruise was with Sunrise Nile Resorts. The boat was the Nile Saray…recently refurbed. We were so happy with all aspects of the cruise…staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we were happy. Food was hot and delicious, room was clean and had everything we needed. It really was a special few days. We’d like to thank everyone who helped to make our cruise so perfect…a special thank you to Osama in the dining room

Super Anbieter, tolle Reise - We had a great time as a family with 3 young kids (age 5, 3 and 1). The staff on board was very nice. We didnt want a guide so we could do whatever suits the kids and their emotional status since its a huge thing to have so many new situations. The company (grace way travel) was very friendly and helpful. We can fully recommend them.

Good trip. - The cruise itself was well organized. Every morning, the daily schedule appeared on the TV, and it was followed to the letter. The cabin was spacious, and the bathroom always had hot water. The room was cleaned daily. Meals were scheduled. The food was good and varied. The bar had a variety of drinks. But! The windows in all cabins on all decks were sealed! It wasn't stuffy—the air conditioning was working. The tour company left a disappointing impression—unusually unpunctuality. Of four meetings with guides, they were 40 minutes late twice. If I wrote that I'd be ready at 2:00 PM, that means 2:00 PM, not 2:15, 2:30, or 2:40. Thanks to the Ancient Dynasties, their great legacy washes away all petty negativity like a powerful wave.

Not great but for the price ok. - Overall price effiiceincy was good. We were only not satisfied with our guide. Unfortunately felt like he was repeating himself in all differnet temples. Plan of the the tour changed also sometimes. For the ship, we had a room under deck and did not have a very good view. Rooms were as clean as 3 star hotels in Egypt. Meals were also ok, staff there were also very helpful. Unfortunately in the price there is no drinks included.(even water).

Good Nile cruise, with moderately good guide, overall satisfied - The Nile cruise was value for money. the rooms were small but very clean with nice large windows. The food was good, it had a wide selection, not everything tasted, but you always found something. Very friendly staff. However, NO water was included and a 1.5 litre bottle cost $3. The deck was nice with lifts, pool with umbrellas and a bar. You are assigned to your tour group after arrival and spend most of your time with them, including eating together. The schedule is not always adhered to, but at the end of the day you can see all the indicated sights, Abu Simbel is not included. The Additionally Booked Tour with Guide to the Sights was priced very fair. Our guide was friendly, but unfortunately very weak in terms of content, has been repeated many times and unfortunately could not respond to questions at all. Besides, he spoke very softly.

Poor Cruise Aswan to Luxor - Overall not a great cruise. We were with presidential Nile cruise. The ship was not very clean & dated decor. Food was poor. Safety was poor( there was a fire our last morning). Ship in fact does not go to Luxor but a town 10 km away (l boghdady). No bottled water ( this was supposed to be included), tea facilities, WiFi, or TV. No entertainment. Rooms did not match what we got, misleading. I would not recommend…

Agency did not make this experience as enjoyable as possible. - I believe I had a decent experience when it came to the cruise on the Nile story. The issue I had was the agency that I booked the experience with. It was a struggle to get adequate tour guides each day. One day, a guide was never provided and I had to pay for my entrance and have no guide, although it was part of the package. It was a struggle each day as I was not provided with timely details and I could only hope I would get a guide that would come each day. With the exception of my final day, all the guides were subpar or just overall bad and it was more worth my time to do my own research of the temples and use the time to enjoy the experience on my own. On top of that negative experience, everything and I mean everything was an up-sale. They were literally trying to sell me something added on in terms of an experience at every moment possible. Even when being picked up from the airport, they were trying to add multiple experiences for $300+ as I just landed from a delayed early morning flight. It was just exhausting as I really wanted to enjoy this unique experience and they were just focused on draining me for my funds vs trying to fulfill something I paid for. I honestly would recommend the experience but I would not recommend the agency because they didn't make my experience a priority. The positive experience I had with a guide was Ereen where I will leave a great review with her. I actually learned from her and she actually took the time to educate during my day with her.

Very disappointing as it is simply not a 5 star ship and especially the guide of Graceway Travel is bad. - Not worthy of 5 stars, as the ship "M/S Marousha" is very old and unrenovated, the rooms are much, much smaller and unmodern than the picture on TripAdvisor suggests (that borders on fraud), the sundeck is covered with a dirty "artificial turf" carpet, peinlicj broken fitness equipment is on deck, parasols are simply folded shut when sailing, the food is average and the service on board deserves more 4 stars than 5 stars. WiFi coverage especially on the sundeck insufficient. Mostly we did not like the support of Graceway Travel. The English of the guide is hardly understandable, the overpriced tours to the temples etc are poor (barely detailed knowledge of the sites) and the communication of eg delays are poor. Our tip: Find out which ship you are booked on (avoid MS Marousha, the ship MS Terramare from the same company is lengths better and more luxurious!!) and avoid Graceway Travel or at least don't book the guided tours of Graceway. It should also be mentioned that 2 of the 3 nights are only parked at the port of Aswan or Luxor by other ships and are actually 1-2 nights sufficient. The "overnight in Luxor" nights at the end is also fraud, because the ship is already docked 16km before Luxor and you still have to take 3in taxi for 30 minutes to Karnak Temple. Otherwise it is of course beautiful to sail across the Nile and enjoy the great temples.
