Fascinating Nile cruise. - Well organized excursion. Everything on time. Excellent guide speaking good English and friendly. The ship was perfect. The temples and other attractions fascinating. Only one event was not pleasent - due to wind balloon flight was cancelled

Nile cruise - Our Nile cruise was amazing because it made navigating Egypt easier. Our guide was incredible. He was kind, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable, he helped us feel immersed in the culture. We felt well taken care of throughout the entire journey — from the smallest details to the big moments, everything was handled perfectly. His attention, patience, and professionalism made the experience even more special. It was truly a perfect tour. We are deeply grateful for his guidance and would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Egypt. 💛🇪🇬

Recommended visit - Great experience on the Nile. Hamdy is a great guide attentive to what you need. The crown jewel is Karnak and the balloon flight.

Overall good. - The overall experience was good except the information stated on the page was not clear enough and misleading. Such as the activities were stated Free Admission but we were told they all require entrance fees. The assigned tour guide Mohamed Gobran is a professional.

The overall experience... - The overall experience and guide Mahmoud was amazing. The temples and activities were magical. However what was a BIG turnoff was the operator of this cruise. Originally we booked for 3 people and 2 rooms. Viator confirmed everything was in order but 2 days before the actually sailing date we reveived yet again a mesdage for the tour Operator that we needed to pay an extra 200$ US. This literally made me stressed because everything was already sorted out. We had to spend a full day back and forth on the phone or email with viatour and the tour operator to try and sort this out, which in the end there is still no resolution. To make things worse we originally booked with NOOR tours and received an email (from Viator) that our booking was with Pharo Nile cruise. Everything was a mess with Voator and the Tour operator and till this day 2 week after our vacation we are still trying to sort this nightmare. Just to clarify when wr contacted Pharo Nile cruise, they tried to assist us in the best way they could. As for NOOR cruise, I feel like they just want to try and scam you and get more money from clients. I would also like to say once again our guide Mahmoud was amazing and knowlegeable. He was funny and overall an great person.

Not book with this company - We expected the whole program totally diferent than that we experienced. First of all we had booked 4days with first day Thursday. Please do not book Thursday as first day. The company is a scam because they told us 4 days before the tour that abu simbel would be canceled. No refund although it was included in the program the transportation to the temple and the guide too. 4 days before is nothing because we had booked our flights, put whole program. I would never choose this company. Furthermore the time in all the temples was not enough. For example in a temple of comobo they gave us only 10 minutes for fotos. This is funny .... . Generally it is an easy way to see all the temples with guides. But you have to know that the time you artive in a temple other 2 or 3 cruise ships have also arrived and the templew are getting crowdy even if it was 6:00 am. In addition we had the experience to be forced to give tips approximately. They gave us envelopes in order to give them tips. Regarding the ship, the swimming pool depth was approximately 1,30. The bed was excellent 👌. Generally I would choose another company for the cruise or I would choose to stay in Aswan and Luxor having drivers.

Non-compliance with the script, bad customer Service! - One day before the start of the Tour we received an email informing that the visit to Abu Simbel would not be made. I wondered why, given that was in the description for the second day of cruise. I have no justification. They took a long time to respond via whatsapp and were limited to repeating the same information and stopped responding. They were delayed to answer the phones and said they were going to analyze the situation and they did not respond as well. It was only the next morning, above the time of the start of the cruise, that they reconfirmed that there was not going to be Abu Simbel and we asked for cancellation with refund and we had many problems in remarking things for the day itself. We ended up missing the cruise and had to make the way on land to not miss the temples we wanted to see, which was extremely tiring and more expensive. A Cover reserves a Service because of the script they have! You cannot change important visits that are on the schedule one day before! And not responding to the customer is of a lack of respect and absurd professionalism!

Absolute Fraud Tour - My experience is very bad. First they message us in the middle of the night which we are already sleeping to let us know that the abu simbel is canceled. Second they didn't pick us up in the meeting place we waited for almost an hour for them to come, but no one arrives. 3rd there is no reply from the tour regarding the trip. Fourth the number they gave is invalid . I "WONT" recommend this tour to anyone as we don't want this to happen again to anyone It's totally a FRAUD.

They canceled a day earlier, they wanted to move dates and remove abu Simbel, we had to cancel - They changed our dates a day earlier and removed Abu Simbel. We had to cancel already on our way to Aswan. We received a message a day earlier cmsayingnls that it had been cancelled and that we would have to go through the dates and start and finish a day later or that we could do the tour with them on our date but they would take Abu Simbel from us. We already had paid flights and were on our way to Aswan to start and had to cancel. They didn't give us any more options or compensation, it's not a reliable tour operator.
