Excellent cost-benefit - Nice boat, food was abundant and varied. It’s short in time (lots of early morning tours) and the guide did what he could with the time he had, was very pragmatic and gave us the needed information. We visited a lot of historical places and got a clue about Egypt's history. Totally worth it!!!

An unforgettable experience on the Nile! - Great experience! The cruise on the Nile aboard the Alnabiltan ship was splendid: the ship is elegant, with nicely decorated and clean rooms. Our guide Mohamed was professional, helpful and very organized in showing us all the attractions of the tour. An experience to do!

Yalla Habibi!! - The whole trip was worth it and nothing short of amazing! We couldn’t have experienced Egypt the way we did if it weren’t for Mohamed. He is very well-versed in his country’s history and did a fantastic job educating the team. He is also highly organized and ensures that everyone in the group is well accommodated. In addition, he has a great way of adding more fun to the entire experience. Yalla Habibi!

Un unforgettable Nile Adventure! - We were a little confused on our initial pick up but we had very a great experience on this cruise and we highly recommend it! Our guide and Egyptologist, Mohamed Gobran, made this trip even better. He's very passionate and knowledgeable about Egypt. He is a very organized guide and managed to keep everyone in his group fully informed verbally and also by WhatsApp of our daily program. He also tended to our individual needs going above and beyond what we expected. He took group pictures at many sites and sent them to us via WhatsApp that will be reminders of our great time cruising the Nile. Mohamed made us aware of all of our costs up front and it was taken care of first thing to get that out of the way along with some basic guidance of what to expect on our trip. We didn't use the ship wifi as our phone provider has an excellent international plan. Some of the other passengers purchased Sim cards at the airport, in town, or online before boarding the cruise. You could also purchase a sim on the cruise but I believe it was more expensive. Expect your days to start very early. We started at 4:30am - 5:30am every day and many of our tours were also at night. These times were much cooler and I loved seeing many of these temples all lit up at night or early morning... there was something very magical about it! Also, there's a lot to see, I can't believe how much Mohamed fit into such a short amount of time so be prepared to be on the go! Habibi! The day time tours were very hot so dress cool, wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated! I recommend bringing something to keep you cool such as a portable battery operated neck fan, fold up fan, just something to keep you cool. We dressed mostly in light weight shorts(not too short, conservatively) and tank tops/ light weight shirts. We didn't encounter any temples that we had to cover our shoulders or our knees during our tours which I was worried about unnecessary. All of our transportation to and from our sites were very modern, clean, with A/C and we were comfortable. Be advised locals will be relentless and coming at you from all sides to sell you their wares! Mohamed would take us through the unavoidable aggressive markets quickly as to not slow down our tours. At times you may have to walk through other ships to get to your ship. Also, make sure you have plenty of small denomination egyptian money for tipping as everyone you encounter everywhere will expect a tip (even for giving you directions) and many bathrooms will charge 10, 20 or 50 egyptian pounds to enter... be sure to grab the tissues on the way in as there may not be any toilet paper in the bathrooms. The ship accommodations could use some updating, their 5 stars may not be your 5 stars but we were comfortable and the staff and the food that was served buffet style, was amazing. Drinks are not included but were very inexpensive. I would definitely say the food and drink prices were much better than the many ocean cruiseliners I've encountered. We really enjoyed meeting our amazing big diverse group from many different countries, ages, and backgrounds who watched out for each other. Mohamed affectionately called us to get going with Yalla, yalla, Habibi (let's go my darlings ones) which probably all of our group will remember forever. We bonded together within a short 4 day cruise...some feel like family that we plan to keep in touch with, this makes our big world feel so much smaller! Thanks Mohamed! Bah!!!

We had a great time! - Pros: - making new friends. - good food. - you will visit the most important temples in Aswan and Luxor. They are impressive. - the room was pretty nice, and they cleaned it daily. - the guy from the cruise shop was very helpful. Cons: - prices for beverages are insane (they are not included). - free time in the temples is too short. - they will take you to shops that are not in the itinerary. - We couldn't make the hot air balloon because they gave priority to other groups, they kept us waiting. Also, no refund was made.

The Nile cruise was... - The Nile cruise was overall a good experience — the food was nice and everything went - almost -smoothly. First of all, the staff should be more aware of guests’ privacy and their general behavior if they wish to be called a 5-star cruise. For example, when you sit on the deck to relax, talk, and enjoy the calmness of the Nile, you wouldn’t like to have a camera filming you all the time without your permission or a waiter standing over your head waiting for you to sign a receipt for a bottle of water while eating. On top of that, the “mandatory tip” of €9 per person only made the experience worse and confirmed our feeling that in Egypt, you only get a decent service after paying extra for services already paid for. The sights were very beautiful, although the hot-air balloon ride was canceled for some reason. Also, on the last day there was some miscommunication about our drop-off at the airport, and we ended up having to pay for a taxi to the airport ourselves. It’s a unique experience if you come to Egypt but unfortunately our experience didn’t go as good as expected. Hope others have a better experience than ours!

Reschedule my tour without any reason - Avoid "Noor Egypt Tour" — this company is a scam. I booked and paid in full more than six months ago. Just three weeks before my trip, they told me I had to reschedule my tour. I had already purchased my flight tickets, so changing the dates to whatever they decided was cheaper for them was impossible. This company completely ruined my vacation plans. I hope others won’t fall into the same trap.

Terrible experience - We booked for Saturday. We were told that it had be rescheduled for Monday. So we booked extra 2 nights, only for it to be cancelled again with no explanation even after having confirmation the day before that we were good to go. Poor communication and unreliability. Do not recommend and if so triple check they will actually take you and even then don’t count on it. Because of them we didn’t get to do Abu Simbal as we were waiting for cruise to do so as well as Luxor. They essentially ruined half of our trip to Egypt and had to spend two extra days in Aswan doing nothing. And Viator was absolutely no help as well. They said they’d have a manager call me back after saying essentially they could do nothing and then never called me.

Scammers - Here things work like this, you book a cruise where they say they pick you up at a certain time and when you ask them to contact the tour operator to reconfirm, they tell you that it is impossible, that it does not answer and that all you can do is wait for them to pick you up. 12 hours trying to contact the tour operator from different mobiles, emails... Come the time (20:00h) you show up at the meeting point with your bags and no one comes to pick you up. The only thing that answers is that they have to talk to the tour operator to request the refund, while you are lying on the street not knowing where you are going to sleep and it does not matter to everyone. Thanks for your attention!!
