Aswan Railway Station - An Egypt Best Tours licensed guide will greet and assist guests at Aswan Airport, railway station, or hotel, facilitating a transfer by air-conditioned van to a luxurious 5-star Nile Cruise for check-in before lunch. Enjoy lunch on board. Note: If arriving in Aswan early, the tour will commence immediately as cruise check-in is at 12:00.

Aswan High Dam - Begin the tour with a visit to the High Dam, completed in 1960 to protect Egypt from flooding and to generate electricity.

Temple of Philae - Continue to the Graeco-Roman Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis, accessed by a small motorboat. Return to the cruise for dinner, a folkloric show, and an overnight stay.

Abu Simbel Temples & Navigation to Kom Ombo Temple

Abu Simbel Temple Complex - At approximately 4:30 am, the guide will collect guests for a trip to Abu Simbel (in a small group). Arrive around 8 am to explore the remarkable rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel, designed for King Ramesses II and Queen Nefertari. The Egyptology guide will provide historical insights from outside (no guiding inside). Spend about 90 minutes visiting the temple and capturing memorable photos, then return to Aswan. Arrive back at the cruise around 1:30 pm for lunch and begin sailing towards Kom Ombo city.

Temple of Kom Ombo - Upon arrival in Kom Ombo, visit the dual temple dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. Return to the cruise for dinner and continue sailing to Edfu for an overnight stay.

Edfu Temple & Arrive Luxor (visit Luxor Temple)

Temple of Horus - After breakfast, enjoy a horse carriage ride with the tour guide to visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu, renowned as the most complete and best-preserved Egyptian temple. Return to the cruise and relax on deck, admiring the unique landscape and the beautiful scenery of the Nile River while sailing to Luxor. Cross Esna Lock. Luxor Temple - Late in the afternoon, upon docking, guests will be transferred to explore Luxor Temple on the East Bank of Luxor, showcasing ancient Egyptian, Christian, and Islamic features. Dinner on board includes a belly dancing show. Overnight in Luxor. Note: If arriving at Luxor dock by 3:00 or 3:30 pm, there is an opportunity to visit both Karnak and Luxor Temples.
