I was so glad I booked this tour! - Excellent tour. This tour turned out to be so much more than what the description was. I thought we would just be walking by the buildings instead we went into to many of them. Mathias was very knowledgeable about the events that took place in Asunción and the history of Paraguay. He was also wonderful to spend time with walking around the city.

Day Tour to do in Asunción - Matthias is a pretty cool dude. He has a great knowledge of local history and explains it in an easy way to take in. You are shown the sites in Asunción from a local and get there perspective. Great experience

Paraguay in the eyes of Mathias - It was a very interesting history lesson about Paraguay before, after and present. Mathias is very knowledgeable in the history of his country. The sun was hot but we visited many exhibits inside some with A/C or fan or nothing. I should have asked to walk closer to the river just to see it up close but I didn't want to interrupt the flow.

Mathias is a very knowledgeable historian who clearly has a deep understanding of Paraguay’s history and culture. He answered every question thoughtfully and added fascinating context that you wouldn’t get just walking around on your own. His passion for the city really comes through in the way he tells the stories. If you’re visiting Asunción, this tour with Mathias is absolutely worth doing. It gave me a much deeper appreciation for the city and honestly felt like a reason to visit Asunción in the first place. Highly recommended.
