Arusha - Upon your arrival at the airport, our dedicated driver will be eagerly waiting for you with a sign bearing your name, ready to offer a warm and heartfelt welcome. From there, you’ll enjoy a seamless and comfortable transfer to our charming Springlands Hotel.

Once you arrive at the hotel, a delicious meal will be served. Later, our experienced safari coordinators will provide a pre-safari briefing, giving you an exciting preview of the adventures that lie ahead.

Relax in the serene environment of Springlands Hotel, which features a swimming pool, a beautiful garden, a bar, and a restaurant.

ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK | HIGHVIEW COFFEE LODGE.

Arusha National Park - This morning, drive to Arusha National Park for a day of game viewing. The park is dominated by Mount Meru, Africa’s fifth highest mountain at 4,565 meters. You can expect to see a variety of animals, including hippos, giraffes, zebras, warthogs, waterbucks, and bushbucks. Occasionally, you might spot reedbucks, leopards, and hyenas. The park’s alkaline waters provide a year-round breeding ground for flamingos.

LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK | HIGHVIEW COFFEE LODGE.

Lake Manyara National Park - This morning, drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Nestled against the steep escarpment of the Rift Valley, the park features an evergreen groundwater forest and diverse ecosystems, including acacia woodland, grassy plains, a swampy fan delta, and the expansive lake. This variety attracts a wide range of mammals, birds, and wildlife. The park is also home to rare tree-climbing lions. Excellent game viewing opportunities abound, with buffalo, impala, giraffe, bushbuck, waterbuck, hippos, and numerous elephants near the lake. Keep an eye out for blue monkeys, vervet monkeys, and active Olive baboon troops.

NGORONGORO NATIONAL PARK | HIGHVIEW COFFEE LODGE.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Spend the day in the Karatu area, situated between Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. Karatu is a vibrant town, perfect for souvenir shopping. After breakfast, enjoy a hike to the Ngorongoro Forest. This two-hour hike through the forested slopes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area reveals a stunning waterfall and fascinating “elephant caves” created by elephants digging for vitamin-rich soil. You may also see buffalo, bushbuck, waterbuck, and baboons. In the afternoon, visit the Iraqw cultural center to learn about the local cultivation techniques developed by the Iraqw people.

LAKE EYASI | HIGHVIEW COFFEE LODGE

Lake Eyasi - Drive to Lake Eyasi, a mildly alkaline lake about 55 km long. Bird enthusiasts will be thrilled by the hundreds of species, including flamingos, pelicans, spoonbills, weavers, spurfowls, storks, barbets, and egrets. Meet the Hadzabe people, an indigenous hunter-gatherer tribe, and spend the day observing their lifestyle. Visit their homesteads and learn about their survival techniques, including hunting with bows and arrows and using traditional medicines. The Hadzabe speak a unique click language. The area also offers excellent hiking, bird watching, and beautiful scenery.

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park. The name “Serengeti” comes from the Maasai language, meaning “endless plain.” On the way, you can choose to visit a Maasai village to explore Maasai culture and participate in tribal activities, or visit Olduvai Gorge, known as the Cradle of Humanity, to learn about humanity’s origins.

Serengeti National Park - Spend two full days in the Serengeti with game drives. The park is renowned for its beauty and the Great Wildebeest Migration. Huge herds of wildebeest, zebra, and antelope dominate the landscape, while predators like lions and cheetahs can be found among the many kopjes scattered across the plains. The landscape varies from open grass plains in the south, savanna with scattered acacia trees in the center, hilly wooded grassland in the north, to extensive woodland and black clay plains in the west.

Enjoy a full day of game viewing in the park.
