Arusha National Park - The adventure kicks off with a pick-up at 8:30 AM from your hotel in Arusha. From there, you’ll journey to Arusha National Park for an exciting day. Enjoy a scenic walking tour with an armed ranger, followed by a picnic lunch amidst the park’s stunning landscapes.

Nestled at the base of Mount Meru, the park offers a variety of habitats—from lush forests home to the black-and-white colobus monkey to vibrant wetlands where flamingos often gather. The park’s diverse scenery includes everything from montane rainforests to serene savannahs and alpine moorlands, making it a haven for nature lovers and birdwatchers.

Arusha to Central Serengeti

Day 3 - Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. Then, head to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch.

Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest volcanic caldera, about fourteen kilometers wide. Surrounded by old volcanoes, the crater floor is home to around 30,000 animals filled with watering holes. End your day with a hearty dinner and a restful night at your accommodation.

Ngorongoro Crater Tour (5 hours) to Arusha

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - On the final day of your safari, you’ll start early. After a quick breakfast, you’ll head down to Ngorongoro Crater at around 6:30 AM. The crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera, about 260 square kilometers with a depth of over 2000 feet.

Enjoy a 5-hour game drive on the crater floor, where you’ll have the chance to see many animals, including elephants, buffaloes, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions. Keep your camera ready for some great shots! After a picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool, you’ll drive up the steep path out of the crater. The safari ends with a 4-hour drive back to Arusha, where you’ll be dropped off at your chosen location by around 6:00 PM. It’s time to say goodbye, with unforgettable memories from an amazing safari.
