• From the vehicle’s open roof, enjoy views of seasonal swamps, savanna, and baobab trees.
• Lunch at 1:30 pm at Matete picnic site, overlooking the Tarangire River.
• After a full day in the park, travel to Karatu.

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - Depart in the morning for a 3-hour drive to Serengeti.

• “Serengeti” means “endless plains” in the Maasai language, and the grassland savannah stretches to the horizon. Unique rock formations called kopjes are scattered across the landscape, often home to predators.
• Enjoy a bush lunch at 1:30 pm and continue exploring Serengeti until witnessing the breathtaking sunset over the plains.
• After the game drive, head to camp in central Serengeti for dinner and rest.
