7-Day Safari Luxury - I had the absolute pleasure of going on a 7-day safari with Lion King Adventures, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. Over the course of the week, I was fortunate enough to see not only the Big Five, but also the awe-inspiring Great Migration—an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. Our guide, Adam, made the journey exceptional from start to finish. His driving skills were excellent, always making us feel safe and comfortable even in the most challenging terrain. Beyond that, his knowledge of wildlife and the landscapes was outstanding—he could spot and identify animals from incredible distances, and always had fascinating insights to share. What stood out most, though, was his warmth and friendliness; Adam went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having the best possible experience. The accommodation throughout the safari was excellent as well—beautiful lodges and camps, with great facilities and service that made each day feel special. Coming back to such comfort after long days of game drives was the perfect balance to the adventure. Overall, I cannot recommend Lion King Adventures highly enough. This safari was everything I had hoped for and more, thanks to the incredible wildlife, stunning locations, and most of all the outstanding guidance and hospitality we received.

Unforgettable Honeymoon Safari - My wife and I went on safari for our honeymoon and could not have asked for a better experience with Lion King. Our guide Salehe was kind, knowledgeable and a great driver through some pretty rough terrain at times. Salehe made the whole experience smooth, easy, and comfortable. His knowledge of the national parks, animals, plants, and Tanzanian culture enhanced everything and made us feel like we got a true taste of Tanzania. I’m sure all the guides are great, but Salehe was crème de la crème! As far as the itinerary, everything was so well-planned, from the minute we landed to the minute we left, we felt taken care of. At the same time, there was room for flexibility when we wanted to deviate from the itinerary, which we greatly appreciated. The safari itself can get pretty rocky, so if you get carsick, I would come prepared with Dramamine etc. You will also be in the car for a long time, but there are plenty of stops and chances to stop and stretch, use the bathroom, etc. The jeep itself was as luxurious and comfortable as can be - cleaned and stocked daily with wine, beer, water, soft drinks and a hot local lunch every day (probably the best part!). The lodging choices were beyond beautiful, comfortable, and full of community, especially Nyota lodge. Make sure you add the hot air balloon experience - it’s extra but it’s unforgettable. Best honeymoon ever!! Thanks again to Salehe for such a wonderful experience!

7 Day Mara River Migration Safari - Our safari started at the very luxurious and relaxing Gran Melia. A five star resort in Arusha. David was our guide and driver. David is a 5 star, safe and experienced jeep driver. He navigated through a lot of territory such as the Northern and Central Serengeti. We were so fortunate to see the migration of zebras and wilder beasts. David was able to locate a prime viewing location. We covered a lot of territory in 7 days, while viewing African’s famous 5 animals as well as lots of giraffes, monkeys, elephants, giraffes, wilder beasts, meerkats, warthogs, gazelles, impalas, crocodiles and zebras. We thoroughly enjoyed Nyota tented camp, Acacia Lodge and Escapement Lodge. Wonderful and comfortable accomodation.The food was very high quality. David took us to Safari Land to view Tanzanite jewellery and other African items. Highly recommend Serengeti Balloon ride and the outdoor Serengeti champagne breakfast. Thanks Lion King Adventures for a wonderful and memorable luxury safari.

Trip of a lifetime thanks to Lion King Adventures - Choosing Lion King Adventures for our safari was the absolutely right decision. From beginning to end our every need was met. Our accommodations were top notch and the food was amazing. Especially the hot lunches every day. Our excellent guide Frederick was 100%. His knowledge of the fauna and flora was greatly appreciated, he made it possible to see all the animals on our wish list and so many more. Amazing experience! - Such a wonderful safari! Our guide Hassan was amazing! We had the best time, and saw so many animals. All the accommodation were also lovely and better than expected. Communication was very easy with the company and they were so organised. I booked as they were so highly rated and I can see why. 10/10 experience.

Honeymoon of a Lifetime - My husband and I booked a seven day safari with Lion King. We went for the premium package, starting in Lake Manyara and ending in Northern Serengeti. We were picked up from the airport without any delay, and from that point on the treatment was five star. Our driver, Camellius (or as we like to call him Twende Tours) was so courteous, punctual, and genial for the whole trip, he made it a real pleasure to explore the open savannahs and deep jungle without the stress of having to figure anything out. Each day easily blended onto the next with exceptional treatment and greetings from all the staff, they made us feel like truly honored guests. The whole thing was topped off by seeing (almost) all of the big five (pesky Rhino's) and seeing migrating wildebeest crossing the Mara River and the ensuing crocodile attacks. It was the honeymoon of a lifetime, and we are so greatful to Camellius and the Lion King team for making it such a special experience for us. We will treasure it and sure be back!

7 Day Luxury w/ Friends - My friends and I recently experienced the 7-day luxury safari tour in Tanzania, and it was way beyond our expectations! We explored the breathtaking Serengeti National Park & Ngorongoro Park where we were BLESSED enough to witness the Big Five up close—lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, and rhinos. A highlight of the trip was an unforgettable hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti, offering a magical bird’s-eye view of the endless plains and wildlife below. Our guide, Mwita, was the heart of this journey. He grew up in the Serengeti and shared his deep knowledge of the park and its wildlife with such passion and warmth. His expertise, patience, and friendly personality made the experience both educational and truly special. If you’re dreaming of a once-in-a-lifetime safari, this tour is everything you could wish for. Highly, highly recommend!

An amazing safari experience - We had an amazing experience with Lion King Adventures on a 7 day luxury safari trip for our honeymoon. The booking process and communication before we arrived was excellent, with quick replies and clear instructions that made us confident we were in good hands. Our guide Goodluck Laizer was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable about all the animals we encountered and when I mentioned I was interested in birds he made a special effort to point out any interesting species we came across. His ability to spot animals from far away while also driving on very difficult roads was truly impressive! Over the 5 days on safari we saw lions, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, hippos, leopards, buffalo, eagles and much more! Each of the four parks we visited were very different in terms of the landscapes and wildlife, so I’m glad we took the time to visit them all. It meant we had to cover large distances in the jeep, most days we set off around 7-8am and finished at around 5-6pm, but Goodluck planned our days very efficiently, including relaxed picnic lunches and regular toilet breaks, and we never felt rushed inside the parks unlike some of the other safari companies’ jeeps we saw which seemed to be in more of a hurry to move on. The accommodations we stayed in were also all excellent, from the hotel in Arusha to the lodges and tented camps on safari. We are really glad we booked with Lion King for our safari and would highly recommend them to others.
