Book with Lion King! - If you’re planning a safari in Tanzania, you absolutely have to book with Lion King! We just completed our tour of Tangere, the Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti and it was genuinely a flawless, 5-star experience. Macha is the reason our trip was so incredible. He’s not just a driver; he is an incredibly skilled and experienced professional. He always knew exactly where to position the vehicle to get us prime viewing spots away from the crowds. His knowledge about the animals is top-notch, and his spotting skills are next level—we saw literally everything on our wishlist, including the entire Big 5! He made the whole experience effortless and unforgettable. I also have to give huge praise to the company, Lion King. They were so professional, responsive, and amendable from the moment we booked. As someone with a gluten allergy, I was nervous about food, but they handled it meticulously. Every meal was safe, catered for, and tasty.

Fantastic Safari – Knowledgeable Guide, Great Accommodations, and Perfect Timing - We had an incredible time! Our guide, Macha, was extremely knowledgeable about the entire region and shared fascinating facts about the local wildlife and history. The accommodations exceeded our expectations—every place we stayed had friendly, attentive staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The safari vehicle was spotless, well-stocked with water and soft drinks, and very comfortable to ride in. Traveling during this season was perfect—the parks weren’t crowded, allowing us to enjoy the animals and scenery at our own pace.

10 out of 10 - We found the company easy to communicate with, they answered our questions and gave us all the information we needed. Our guide Mwita was absolutely fantastic. He has a lot of experience, knows the best places and shows commitment to his job. When we had any problems with the journey/onward flight he was eager to help us. We are very happy to have had him as a guide, and that we had Lion King Adventures arrange our safari.

Fantastic - We visited early October and chose the 5 day tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and lake manyara safari. From booking to completion Lion King were brilliant. Keeping us informed, updating information and collecting us from the moment we arrived to delivering us back to the departure airport when we had finished. The jeep was exceptionally clean, comfortable and full every morning with water, drinks and we even had wine at lunch time. The hotels were very good. The rooms were spacious and the buffet food plentiful. The staff at the hotels were so friendly. Our driver/guide Loma made the e safari. He was very patient and made every effort to find the animals so that we saw everything and at the right time. The hippo emerging from the pool to go night foraging was brilliant. He was very informative and gave us lots of information. Lion King are a very responsible company and really care about their environment so although sadly other companies were going off road Loma made sure we followed the conservation guidelines. I had already used Lion King for a safari in 2023 and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Fantastic

The most wonderful & exciting exp of our lives - We had an amazing experience on our recent Safari with Lion King Adventures. Our Tour guide & driver, Good Luck Laizer, made our Safari the best experience we could have asked for. He was so friendly, experienced & patient while we took our photos. He never gave up & made sure we saw the Big 5. We had confidence in him in every aspect of our Safari. We were treated to a delicious picnic every day. Our accomodation & meals every night were so comfortable & the food & entertainment was a lot of fun. We couldn’t have asked for more. We enjoyed every minute. Of our Safari.

Excellent experience - I chose Lion King Adventures for this safari trip. Initially, I compared several agencies on SafariBookings, and after comprehensive consideration, Lion King's package offered the most reasonable itinerary, the best value, and high-quality service. Furthermore, their staff responded to inquiries very promptly . During the safari, our guide was Jackson. He was very dedicated to his work. Although he mentioned he had only been a guide for four years, he seemed exceptionally familiar with every park we visited. He was also very knowledgeable about the driving routes during our night game drives. Jackson showed us a wide variety of animals and had excellent observation skills; he even managed to spot a rarely seen serval. We were lucky to see a leopard twice. On one occasion, we had a very close encounter with a male lion. Jackson was also very attentive when preparing our lunches, carefully wiping the plates and folding the napkins. Overall, it was a fantastic trip . I have already started planning our next trip to the northern region to witness the Great Migration and hunting activities.

Words can’t describe how fantastic this was! - A trip of a lifetime! On this safari we saw it all, big 5 within two days and so much more. Our guide Suliemon (sorry for mis spelling!) was excellent! Professional, experienced, knowledgeable and personable. He went the extra mile to take us to key areas to view various animals. We were comfortable and well looked after. The meals in the bush were tasty and hot! Water, drinks and snacks always provided. A fantastic trip with nothing lacking!

Best experience ever - Living is a really experience guide and he take us see a brand new animal world! He explains to us many different animals behaviors and the reason behind us. Always find a good spot to see those animals! Also the accommodation are great food is nice. Nice job!

Amazing experience - Cornell was an awesome safari guide. He was explaining every detail and answering any questions we may had. He is very experienced and he showed us all the animals of the national parks. He knew the places of every animal, eg territories of lions. I definitely recommend him as your guide.
