EVERYTHING you could want in a safari camping experience!! - I chose Suricata based on the reviews from other travelers - and I am SO GLAD I did! Pre-trip: *communication was prompt and professional - I had many questions & they were very responsive and kind throughout the booking process. During trip: *after arriving at the joining point the night before, we met with Chuke for a briefing. Great way to start the trip! *Our guide Damian picked us up on time at the hotel, and right away, we knew we were in good hands. He was energetic and informative and seemed to genuinely care about each member of the “team” as he called us. *Although Damian cautioned us about the rarity of seeing some hard-to-find animals (leopard, rhino), he got us to see all Big 5 and so much more during our safari! He knows those parks like the back of his hand! *I appreciate how Damian always kept us informed about travel times and our itinerary. *Damian is an excellent driver. When our 4x4’s tire fell off (because those park roads are ROUGH!), Damian and the other guides quickly came to the rescue and we were back on schedule right away. *Now let’s talk about the food. Oh, the FOOD! Salim was an extraordinary chef - each meal was fantastic! He even set the table so nicely each time - whether at the camp or on the road - and I appreciate all the little details that went into feeding us. Salim by HIMSELF is enough of a reason to go with Suricata. *the tents and sleeping bags are very basic but sufficient. (We brought liner sheets and were glad we did.) The camp locations were TERRIFIC - how wonderful to sleep under the African stars! If you want lodges, go with lodges. For us, camping was a wonderful adventure! *all the restrooms where we stopped were surprisingly very clean and well maintained! Bring your own toilet paper. *Ngorongoro Crater/Rim is COLD! We were there in mid-July, but the early morning and late night temps were frigid! Post-trip: *our post-safari transfer plans changed at the last minute, and Suricata was wonderfully accommodating in helping to make sure we had a smooth transition to the next part of our vacation. *Chuke came back for post-trip briefing and welcomed our feedback about Damian, Salim, and the trip in general. 10/10! I would (and will!) recommend Suricata to anyone looking for an extraordinary and professional safari experience!

5 star Safari - Me and my sister joined suricata for a 3 day safari to the Serengeti and ngorongoro crater. The experience was out of this world! I would recommended suricata time and time again. The whole experience was so well organised and personalised to our needs. From the initial contact with Halima who helped us organise the trip, to the Safari with our guide Mandela and chef Samson. To our drive back to the airport. We were well cared for and given a 5 star experience. We took the camping safari experience and had the most amazing time. I can’t thank the staff enough for all their help and energy in making our experience a dream. They are truly special! If you’re looking to book a safari then Suricata is your company. You will have no regrets. Thank you Suricata for making our time in Tanzania and Safari so special and memorable.

Amazing time spent on Safari - We had such a good time! We spent our honeymoon on a 3-day trip in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. The trip was amazing, we saw plenty of animals on our way. Our driver Alias was really kind and he made sure we have the best views on the animals. Saleem, our cook took a good care of us with incredible food, we had freshly cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have an extermly sensitive stomach but did not have any issues during the trip. We stayed in a camp and it was totally worth it, everything was prepared by the time we arrived. We were there in July and outside was chilly but our tent and sleeping bags were warm enough. All in all it was an incredible experience and totally recommend it to choose Suricata Safaris.

Serengeti and Ngorongoro tour - Had a great time, our guide Elias found the perfect spots to watch baby lions and our cook Salim made some really delicious meals.

The best honeymoon ever - perfect experience to stay in wild - The best honeymoon trip ever. Amazing experience to go to safari to Tanzania. It was so nice to see animals in their natural habitat and dive into them for a while. Agency is doing their job very properly from the beginning to the end. Very good communication, perfect lunches in wild and very careful service in camp. Amazing people there, I must mention perfect guide Mandela with nice accompany - our chef Salum. There are very nice guides in camps too. We chose lodges and it worth it. Very comfortable and modern tents. You are so close to animals (can see them, can hear them), but you feel very safe all the time. Very nice work guys. Thank you. Markéta from Czech :-)

The best experience in my life - WAAAU. Everything was so excellent. From first comunication to tour. Especially our guide Mandela was brilliant. He knew every animal and their behaviour. He is also very likeable and very good driver. BIG RESPECT. Also our MasterChef Salum was great. His food was everytime very delicious. Accomodation was very comfortably and very very beautiful. When we fell asleep we heard animal noises but we felt safe. There were guides so camps were safe. We were in Tanzania first time and with Suricata. And now we know that wasn´t last time. The best safari service - It was a fantastic experience!! We never imagined how close we would be to animals, a lioness passed by our truck. The service was excellent!! The guide, Mandela, and Salim, the chef, made us feel very welcome! They are both very kind and friendly. The food was delicious, we had wine for dinner and a large bottle of water per person every day. I would definitely choose it again and recommend it. It was also the best price we found. Super sign! Great cost benefit. - We have lounges we spend the nights. Guide with a lot of knowledge and super attentive. He stopped whenever we asked. It removed our doubts. Great eye to find the animals in the middle of the savannah. Pauses in places with bathrooms in the middle of the way. Great cook too, super attentive. Delicious food. Hot food, hot and cold drinks. Varied food options, everything always very tired.

One of the best experiences of my life - One of the best experiences of my life! The food was excellent, our guide, Rocky, was super knowledgeable and patient. We chose to do the camping experience which was unlike anything I’d ever done before. We got to be around wildlife in a way that was super authentic and peaceful while also respecting our surroundings and putting the animals comfort first. Organisation was at a 10/10 and I have already started recommending Suracati to other people we’ve met during the rest of our trip. Thank you guys for a wonderful trip!

Suracata Safaris has exceeded our expectations - Suracata Safaris has exceeded our expectations. The vehicle was clean and well maintained and the Safari was absolutely fantastic. We managed to see the big 5 and so much more. Our guide Rocky was the absolute best. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the wildlife and was so accommodating. The drives were never boring. We camped this was a real adventure and lots of fun. I recommend. We were fed fresh home cooked food by our awesome chef Tito. This was definitely a huge plus. I’d highly recommend this company. This was a childhood dream which definitely exceeded my expectations.
