Normandy trip with Serge, the best tour guide in France. - We had an excellent guide, Serge took such great care of us, to the point where we vividly lived the 6 June. I would use prance Tourisme without any hesitation!!’

I love the places we saw... - I love the places we saw and learned a lot by reading. The tour guide was basically a driver and did not provide us with much historical information. When we stopped for lunch, many of the restaurants were closed. I also wonder why he could not drop us off near our hotel since it was on the route back. We can all save money.

Too short/too quick - The tour is very good. I wish we could have stayed longer and gone into a few of the museums that we drove by and were told they were there. More time would have been better.

Normandy and Bayeux in a day - Gold Beach German battery bunkers made the trip! It was something not on the schedule that I suggested. Americain Cemetery, Bayeux

Normandy beaches tour - We had 8 in the van. I pity those in the third row. No leg room on a 3 1/2 hr ride.
Driver was friendly but just a driver. Didn’t do much as a “tour guide”. There should have been tons to tell us about and he didn’t. Very disappointed in the “tour”.

Falta de respeito. No respect. - They ruined my trip to Europe. I was dreaming about the trip to the beaches of Normandy and D-day. I bought the pass two months before the trip, but a week before departure they told me that the trip would not take place that day and they told me to choose another one!!!! I had already scheduled and bought other tours, I even gave two date options, but they said I couldn't. The question is, why didn't they tell me before to schedule it? Why did it take almost two months to say that I couldn't on that date? I had to ask for the money back and I couldn't take the trip I dreamed of. Never again. The worst.

Very Disappointed - Please Leave Voicemails! - They canceled on us! No explanation as to why it was canceled.
We arrived at 6:40am on New Year’s Day, and waited for over 30 min. Finally heard from them after multiple calls & emails to the office. That’s when they told us they called the previous day at 5 pm. No voicemail left though. We are in Europe. We don’t keep our phones on while here. A voicemail would have ensured we learned of the cancellation.
Very disappointed.

Southsidesue - Being I’m still quartine in USA, my cruise to Rome was canceled and my Air France flight to Paris was canceled I was not able to do tour. You requested for me a refund which they refused to give back when their country was also quartine and not open. I have no problem with Viator. D-Day tour is the problem.
