Incredible Sites - This tour was terrific. Our guide Florence was full of amazing details about history and the locations. On our way to Normandy we stopped in really great towns we would never have seen on our own. The hotel was very nice. Mont Saint Michel was incredible. The drive back to Paris was 4 1/2 hours so be prepared and bring something to eat on the bus before leaving Mont St Michel.

The tour was an excellent... - The tour was an excellent way to see this part of France. Our guide and coach driver were excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this tour. The accommodation was clean and although we had a little hick-up with our room, the hotel staff were helpful.

Very Informative and Enjoyable - This is a worthwhile 2-day escorted trip. Twelve-hour days packed with city visits as well as Normandy Beach and American Cemetery, and Mt St Michel. You always wish you could have stayed longer at each highlight. There is an efficiency to how the trip is organized.

Interesting history of... - Interesting history of such terrible time in history. At Mont St Michel it would have been helpful to know how far up the climb is to determine if you can make it

2 Day Normandy Tour - Our guide Layla was excellent. She had a vast knowledge of history, art and local shops and restaurants. All the site locations were excellent. The Hôtel accommodations were excellent too. The system to get us checked in and out was extremely efficient. The food was very good.

Wonderful addition to a Paris visit - My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Amelia, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and did an excellent job keeping the tour on track. Visiting the cities of Honfleur and Rouen on the first day and Saint-Malo on the second day were excellent additions to the main tour attractions of Normandy and Mont-St-Michel. The tour route was well layed out with enough time spent at each location. The tour bus was clean and very comfortable as advertised. The hotel was modern and clean, with the only deficiency being lack of air conditioning. I would highly recommend adding this tour to a first time Paris, France visitor.

Normandy. A very special place!! - My review is more on the 4.5 star range only because I felt our time on Omaha beach at 20 minutes was way too short. Our tour guide Tir Leila was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable about all things Normandy and the small towns we toured. Her knowledge was second to none. The hotel provided was at least a 4 star property. The only other negative was it was supposed to be an English speaking tour but was divided into an English/Spanish tour, which I thought was in fair to our guide as she had to repeat everything twice.

Not what I expected - Lots of driving and little onsite time in Normandy. Only 20 minutes off bus at three sites and no opportunity to see any Normandy museums. St Michel had plenty of time to see but another long drive as well on Day 2 and 4 hour trip back to Paris. Granted, this can easily be blamed on ourselves for not understanding the itinerary. It can also be better described. It is a long bus ride to get to Normandy. Caen was a nice stop but could have been skipped and given another 90-120 minutes for more at Normandy. At best this is a trip to give you quick visual context of the area and battlefields for when you go back and read more detailed books. Otherwise the guide worked very hard with lots of interesting information. Also would push back on the hotel being four star.
