FrogSeals very well, very cool down! - FrogSeals an equipment, the boy who attended us was very nice, very professional, we had him also at the delivery of the picnics, I was very detailed with my celiac son. The very good material, you rating that they take care of it. The descent went well, my children were very happy, the only thing is that there were so many people who end up being somewhere a little dangerous, most people do not know how to use a canoe, and to slow down they crash. We will repeat again with RanaSella hoping that there are fewer people:))) Thank you very much

A brilliant family fun day out - When we arrived we were a little late as we went to the wrong school first but we were greeted with smiles and support that immediately put out minds at ease. With limited Spanish is was really helpful that there was an instructor fluent in English to explain the rules then we were off. A self guided trip down the Sella. There were three of us my son (10) and I went in a double kayak and my 15 year old daughter took a single. We got the packed lunch and would recommend as good value and tasty. Whilst on the kayak you have a water tight barrel for your valuables, big enough for towels and your lunch. There are 3 points where you can be collected. The full trip is 16km but there are well sign posted pick ups at 8km and 12km. We came off at 12km. Most of the river is calm with little faster parts and one rapid where I saw others fall in.

Chaos on the River Sella - TLDR: Beautiful river and friendly staff. Hordes of children, essentially an obstacle course on the water avoiding screaming kids. Overall very fun experience and the chaos of the day added to our trip. Arrived 10:50 eager to get in the water. We have previous kayaking experience and so know how to be safe etc. Our guide gave a safety and technique demonstration in Spanish to other customers first. He then tried his very best to explain the same thing in English to us. However, at one point he began imitating a train which we eventually worked out meant the that final finishing point (there are multiple down the river dependant on how long you want your journey to be) was at a train bridge. We did not get any safety or paddling information. We only speak a little Spanish ourselves, and therefore this is not the guides fault. We take full responsibility for being in Spain and not speaking the language. If we were really concerned we would have used Google translate or asked for another member of staff. It just added to the overall hilarity of our day. We were then promptly popped in a kayak and shot down a ramp into the river. As we hurdled towards the river the carnage before us unfolded. A sea of red, yellow and green kayaks littered the river. The deafening screams of, quite literally, hundreds of children danced in the air. Immediately we were ducking out of the way from paddles left, right and centre. Children were being shot down ramps from the embankments above, lambs to the slaughter. This felt like being thrown into an active war zone. It was every man, woman and child for themselves. After a few hours navigating through capsized kayaks we did eventually see some ducklings and fish. However, if there is any other wildlife in this river it had well and truly ran a hid for cover (understandably). The second half of the journey was beautiful as there are rolling hills and clifftops ahead of you. This was my favourite part of the trip. After finishing at the train bridge (all exit points are signposted well in Spanish) we called the company who very quickly arranged for a driver to come get us. Our driver was very friendly and got us back to the car park as if he was Fernando Alonsos brother. The showering and bathroom facilities were very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Everyone took their time with us, tolerated our awful Spanish and where necessary used Google translate to converse with us. This review is overall positive. I assume we just booked a day where there was a school holiday perhaps? It added to the fun of the day and I would recommend this to others. It can be very busy, but if you have the right mindset even that can be fun.

An unforgettable canoeing experience with my children - We spent a fantastic morning canoeing with my two children aged 9 and 5. From the start, the team was very welcoming and attentive. The little boy was with Miguel, one of the monitors, throughout the tour, and I can’t help but thank him for his patience and professionalism. My son felt safe, accompanied and happy, he enjoyed it so much! At first we had a hard time finding the rhythm – it’s not that easy to row together! – but Miguel encouraged us at all times, without pressure, with a lot of patience and empathy. At first there was a school group, but then the atmosphere became calmer and we were able to connect with the calm surroundings. The tour is beautiful, with spectacular natural views and moments of genuine disconnection. An ideal family activity, well organized and with a team of ten. We will repeat without a doubt!

Adviceable the long route - We have a great time, you can do it quietly with children, it is true that there are crowds of people, but usually it is all with great respect, the water does not cover in many areas, so if the kayak gets stuck you can manipulate on foot, of course, do not go barefoot. A joy.

Descent Seal - The Sella River is overcrowded with kayaks, lots of people. You're tripping over kayaks. Although I must say that the place is beautiful.

Kayaking on the River Sella - We had a great day on the river. Weather was perfect, not too hot. The staff were very friendly but the instructions as to where the pick up points along the river were a little hazy. At no point did we see any signs for our company so they may need to get bigger ones. We had intended to do the full 6km so it didnt matter but it might to other day trippers. There are lots of companies in the area so take your time finding yours as we went to the wrong place initially. It was a much smaller out fit so suited us perfectly. I would highly recommend you do this activity if you are in the area but weekends are very busy so wise to go early.

DO NOT DO THIS ACTIVITY IN AUGUST WITH A FAMILY! - DO NOT DO THIS ACTIVITY IN AUGUST WITH A FAMILY! The river is teeming with boats, most of the people have never been in a kayak before and have NO idea what they are doing. It was impossible to paddle without getting run into by another boat every 30 seconds. The kids were terrified. Not relaxing nor enjoyable at all. The guy at the company told me in August the only people who have fun are the drunk ones.

You have to be more forward-thinking and be your own advisor. - 1) We got confused at the entrance, because there is another adventure park just before and the Ranasella sign was small. 2) The information was very brief, and the stops were not specified correctly. In fact the first stop is very small. We weren't given any extensive instruction on how to use the oars either, and for those of us who have never ridden before, it wouldn't have been a bad idea. 3) On the way back in the van, my seatbelt doesn't work.
