Fun and educational island bike tour - Our Storytellers bike tour with Corrina was excellent from start to finish. She picked us up from our hotel which was a short way to where we started our ride. We wanted to learn a little bit about everything Raro, from the history to everyday life to flora and fauna. The bike ride took us along the “ancient” road which locals used to travel on hundreds of years ago before there was a main road closer to the beach which was lovely. We were able to enjoy the mountain scenery, local life, and small plantations. Corrina expertly pointed out points of interest and made ample stops along the way so we were never out of breath. My favorite part of the tour was learning about all the local trees and how they’re used as well as husking our own coconut. Our tour ended on a beautiful beach with a delicious sandwich, banana muffin, and pawpaw fruit. Everything was delicious! I’d highly recommend this tour as a fun and educational way to spend the day and see the island as a local.

Cycling tour that surpassed expectations - What a great morning. Generally you book a tour with no real understanding of what lies ahead. This cycling tour surpassed any positive expectations we had. The ride was leisurely with plenty of stops along the way to take in the scenery and ask questions. The guide was very very informative and possessed a full knowledge of Rarotonga and the Cook Islands. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rarotonga. Lunch at the conclusion of the tour was very appreciated.

Sunday morning ride - Starting off at Trader Jacks our nice group of Kiwis headed east then inland and stopped under a tamarind tree. One of many stops at fruiting trees and good yarns of local history tribal politics, land ownership and how that works. Corrina, our story telling guide and book of knowledge. We did inland road riding as well. Went past the only herd of cows on the island. Not for milking. Occasionally one gets dispatched to fill a family freezer. More riding and yarns later we ended up at a beachside cafe for a doner kebab. The only downside was the wind. Otherwise a great way to spend a morning, get some exercise, see snd learn

Money well spent! - This bike tour was well worth it! A great way to learn a bit of the Rarotongan history, culture and fauna. This is my 4th time to Rarotonga and I learnt a lot of new information from this experience. You get to experience life on the back road’s, and visit some local plantations, and not to mention feeding the pig some coconut. We met some lovely people in our small intimate group. Corrina was so knowledgeable and we thank her very much for her hospitality.
A quick dip and lunch was a perfect way to finish off this amazing trip. We highly recommend!

A not-to-be-missed experience - Fabulous experience from pick up to drop off. Karina was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the island, history, mythology, flora & fauna and local ways of living. She tailored her information to the interests of the group and was very flexible to the group’s needs. We finished with a lovely picnic lunch on a quiet beach. Highly recommend!!

A cruisy ride around learning about different aspects or Rarotongan culture and the island. - I am so glad we did this. I really enjoyed riding around the island. The bikes were really easy to ride and set up for our varying heights. The ride itself is easy going. Riding on the flat for 10 minutes at a time then stopping to hear any different locations. There were two steep parts that lasted about 2 minutes each.
Corrina asks what people are most interested in before she begins the tour and does her best to cover them. At the end the had a nice picnic by the sea with subs, fruit and cake.
