A beautiful and moving experience - The cemetery is a beautiful tribute to Americans who served our nation. Our guide was relaxed, articulate, and I learned so much. The changing of the guard and laying of a wreath was so special. This was a moving experience for me. I lost a child who was 20 years old, not to a war, but on this tour I felt the pain of the families whose loved ones are laid to rest in Arlington Cemetery. I was so impressed with the dignified, respectful, and thoughtful way our federal government has honored them.

Great Arlington Cemetery experience - This was the best tour we had while in DC. Allen McCabe was our tour guide and was knowledgeable and highly informative on the history of Arlington Cemetery with much new information added to what we knew. Was a really fascinating look at DC history through this lens. Would highly recommend Allen in particular and this tour if visiting DC.

A glorious autumn morning in Arlington - Our guide Derrick was exceptional. His knowledge of the people in the cemetery was outstanding. Our group was small and information was specifically targeted at the individuals in the group.

Arlington National and Changing of Guards Walking Tour - Allen McCabe was our expert tour guide on an excellent walking tour of Arlington National Cemetery and Changing of the Guards. He was kind, affable, clear, and sensitive to the needs and walking pace of all participants. His explanations and descriptions of graves, memorials, history, and landmarks were uniformly clear, engaging, witty, and substantive. He inspired us to ask questions and to learn more about this sacred, somber site. He truly respected the sacrosanct grounds and memorials. One of the best Viator guides we have had. Thank you. He has our highest recommendation.

Tour with Mona! Guaranteed you will learn something more of our history - I can’t express enough superlatives in describing this tour. Our tour guide Mona is a gem! She has a wealth of knowledge about historical events & people. She wove this information into her storytelling & in answering questions from members of the tour. The walking involved sloping hills but was not strenuous.

Overwhelming history too many kids - Mona was a great tour guide with plenty of history but it was hard to hear her with all of the kids running around. That's certainly not her fault. Too many kids (that understand the levity of what they are looking at) not enough supervision, maybe some sort of speaker or follow along trail notes.
