In the morning, your guide will collect you from Arles. You’ll board your private vehicle and set off towards your first destination: l’Isle sur la Sorgue. In the historic city center, enjoy a leisurely stroll through the winding streets and canal junctions.
Return to your vehicle and proceed to Gordes, a village perched on rocky mountains. Wander through its narrow streets, and take in the shady squares and elegant fountains. Experience the history and vibrancy that have influenced both the architecture and the local community. Visit the workshops of local tradesmen and artisans.
Next, your guide will lead you to Roussillon to explore the stairs and streets of the old village. Discover the vaulted passageways, charming 17th and 18th-century houses, the cliff offering stunning views, the clock tower with its campanile, the remnants of the ramparts, partially reconstructed in modern times, and the remains of the 10th-century castle.
Continue to Bonnieux, where you will enjoy a panoramic view. Admire the old 13th-century church with its blend of Romanesque and Gothic styles, the ruins of the 12th-century towers and ramparts, Hôtel de Rouville, a splendid 18th-century residence, and the Philippe tower.
