Great trip! - Great scenery! Something you need to see. Multiple stops and a zip line over a small canyon! Food is pricy but well worth it.

Great views and photo ops - We did the skywalk, transfer to Guano point and the zip line in under 3 hours. It cost us £371 for 4 adults, 2 children (booked 5 months in advance). I had a brief look the week before we went and the price quoted was £500+ for the same tickets. We enjoyed seeing the Grand Canyon and definitely ticked one off the bucket list, but don't expect loads of activities - you're here for the view. I would recommend booking tickets way in advance and arriving early on the day (09:00 in our case).

Fab views - Fantastic views, restaurant gets very busy. We arrived at 8:45 and it was nice and quiet, unfortunately the restaurant does not open until 10am, but that gave us the opportunity to walk around the teepees which was nice

Great views, poor zip line service and expensive tickets - We did a day trip from Las Vegas to West Rim . Expensive all-access tickets (USD 113.5 incld. taxes) - and this is the only kind of tickets available (plus packages that can be added on) at the Visitor Center. Note, zip line is mentioned as a 'bonus' part of all-access, NOT guaranteed. Zip-line closes at 5 pm, so it is advisable to do earlier in the day. They also stop the zip line based on wind speeds/weather conditions - we reached the zip line office around 3 pm and after waiting for more than an hour, we were told that zip line was canceled for the day due to weather conditions. During the long waiting period, there was no proactive communication from the zip line staff - we had to keep checking the status. One of staff members repeatedly pushed us and other waiting ticket holders out of the AC cabin and into the 110 F heat, saying it is over crowded inside.(clearly not) Also note that this ticket is advertised as one that comes with a $10 food voucher, but the minimum amount to be purchased per ticket/person is $20 (so need to pay a minimum of $10 per person) and 2 tickets cannot be combined (at least that's what we were advised at Guano point). However the views at Guano Point compensated for everything and more. Worth the trip!

Not advised. Pretty scenery but very rude security who might yell at you for poor or no reasons. Fun trip ruined by him - Beautiful scenery. But extremely rude and aggressive security. Started screaming at us because we were like a couple feet too far back with our vehicle as we were just trying to get in our car and leave. Some of my group was pulling the car over to where we were so we could get in and leave. He could have just given us two seconds to hop in and go, or calmly asked us to pull up a little and not scream at us. There was no call for him to act like that. There was no vehicles in the area we’re talking about. So it seems he must have just wanted someone to pick on. Thats certainly how he made some of us feel. Some in my group have bad PTSD. It was triggered by this bully. So what was supposed to be their fun, once in a lifetime experience was ruined thanks to this security guy.Could have been handled way way better. I honestly think the guy deserves disciplinary action of some sort because of the unproffesional way he treats paying visitors.

DONT GO - DONT GO ! SCAM RIGHT FROM THE START AT THE CHEVRON GAS STATION WHERE WE BOUGHT TICKETS FOR 3 ADULTS AND COST ALMOST 300 DOLLARS AND NO BROCHURES OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, NOR MAPS WERE PROVIDED, JUST THE RECEIPT ..... UPON ARRIVAL WE WERE MET BY A YOUNG MAN WEARING A BULLIT PROOF VEST AND CARRYING A SIDE ARM, WHEN HE SAW THE TICKETS, WE HAD PURCHASED YOU COULD SEE HIS DEFLATION AND HE IMMEDIATELY BECAME APOLOGETIC, STATING THE PARK RULES HAD CHANGED TEN YEARS PRIOR BUT THAT MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO CHANGE ANY OF THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS AND TICKETS SALES PRACTICES SO AS TO LURE IN MORE SUCKERS, WE WERE TOLD MANY CONTADICTIONS, STARTING WITH THE TICKETS SALES OFFICE WAS NOT AFFILIATED THEN WE WERE TOLD IT WAS, DIFFERENT AMOUNTS OF FOOD CREDITS, NO INCLUSIVE ZIP LINE AS WE WERE TOLD .... EVERYTHING CHANGED FROM THE TICKET OFFICE TO THE ACTUAL SITE WHICH IS JUST A PARKING LOT WITH A SMALL BUILDING .... YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE YOUR CAR AS WE WERE LED TO BELIEVE .... MEN IN MILITARY FATIGUES AND WEAPONS EVERYWHERE .... I COULD WRITE A FEW MORE PARAGRAPHS .... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE .... JUST DONT GO .... COMPLETE SCAM AND TOURIST TRAP

Warning rip-off - Costs 99$+tax per PERSON. Absolutely overpriced. Even if you arrive by your own car you have to board the shuttle buses on site. Still water costs 5€, a small ice cream from the chest over 6$. Professional photos are offered at overpriced prices on the Skywalk. If time ES allows, definitely drive to the South Rim or North Rim. There you only pay $35 per car.

$$ Rip off - Tourist trap - Way too expensive and only one ticket option. If you are not physically able, or do not want to go on the sky rim or zip line you still pay full price $113 a person. Long wait time to get on the bus that takes you to 3 different spots. Staff was rude and not helpful. Also, Cafe as advertised it’s basically a hot dog stand. FYI West Rim is not part of National Park. I would recommend a helicopter tour that originates out of Las Vegas or travel further to the South or North rim. So disappointing!

- Not worth $100+ per person. Skywalk was full of photographers blocking the path. $45 for a photo. 2 hour wait for zipline. This place defines price gouging.
