A very nice experience. - A lovely excursion. The pickup is near the port and is tailored for cruise passengers. The return is around 2:30 PM, so it is reassuring; there is a good margin to resume the cruise. The guide Maria was kind and available. The day goes by quite quickly and is smooth; the bus was comfortable and air-conditioned. In the ticket I purchased, the tickets for the lake and the caves were included. These are beautiful places. In summary, a well-planned activity, worth doing, and with a good value for interest/price. I was in the English-speaking group but in the presence of Italians; the guide alternated between the two languages.

Excellent - well worth doing - Excellent, well worth while doing. The line was quite long but oved quickly, but you need a hat as you are out in the sun, The tour itself, is quite short, may be 15-20 minutes, but that's all you need to have a great a appreciation of the sight, There are quite a few steps both in and out of the tor, but good handrails to assist going up and down the steps.

Worth a visit if you’re passing - 6 euros per person, it’s a really interesting cave to look around. Shop & cafe on site. Would recommend

Excellent tour!! - Kathrine was our very professional, knowledgeable, fun tour guide. We enjoyed the caves and bus ride around the islands, by our safe driver. Boat in cave was exceptional! We would recommend this tour to anyone. And 1/2 the price of our cruise ship tour!

Highly recommended - Beautiful experience and well organized. Highly recommended for those like us who were in Kefalonia on a cruise (so with little time available). The knowledgeable and very nice guides gave us interesting news about the history of the island without becoming boring. On the occasion of the tour we were allowed to see breathtaking landscapes such as the beach of myrtos.

Worth it if you have time - Visiting the lake/ cave was a nice half trip trip. Both locations are quick visits, so no need to block out an entire day for this. The lake is beautiful, but keep in mind it's very small and the boat ride lasts about 5 minutes. Walking around the cave is self-paced, but again won't take too long. Access to the cave involves a lot of steps which could be problematic for those with mobility issues. Overall, I'd suggest checking these sites out if you have time while in Kefalonia.
