Before we begin, we’ll don our aprons and chef’s hats, and get ready to cook!
You’ll have the opportunity to learn how to cook one of these two menus:

Andean Menu: You’ll prepare “Solterito” as the first course. For the main course, you’ll make “Rocoto Relleno”.

Traditional Menu: We’ll start with a delicious “Causa” as the appetizer. The main dish will be a succulent “Lomo Saltado”.
At the end, we’ll enjoy our own creations, along with a dessert.
