Offer a chance to reschedule if the weather is predicted to be unfavorable - The only redeeming aspect of this tour was the flexibility of the tour guide. He allowed us to stay at the canyon longer, skipping the hot springs, so we might have a chance to actually see the canyon. This is why I gave the rating a 2/5 rather than 1/5. The tour company should have notified the tourists that there was a high chance that the weather would be unfavorable and to give us an option to reschedule. The whole point of the tour was to see the canyon and the fog prevented that from occurring. The breakfast was poor: quinoa porridge, a piece of bread and coffee was hardly enough for my six year old, let alone myself. The lunch was not included with the tour, but we were not given any options. We had to eat at the place they took us to. If the lunch was on us to pay, the tour should have given us a couple options to pick from.
